2020 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Had two top-three finishes…Finished first in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:22.42 in season debut at the Gene Edmonds Memorial (1/10-11)…Also completed the 400 meters in 52.03 (eighth) and 600 meters in 1:28.63 (15th)…Finished the 400 meters with a time of 51.56 for seventh at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Set a personal record in the prelims for the 60 meter hurdles (9.76)…Captured Bronze in the 4x400 meter relay (3:16.61) at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27)…Also was sixth in the distance medley relay, clocking in at 10:37.00 to score for the Redhawks.

2019 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Had six top-five finishes…Finished second in the 4x100 meter relay in 44.19 at the 2019 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/29-30)…Took fifth in the 400 meter hurdles at the ASU Red Wolf Open (4/19-20) in 57.60…Placed first in the 4x400 meter relay, crossing the finish line in 3:17.23…Also notched a career-best 400 meter hurdles time of 55.87 for second at the meet…Placed fourth in the 4x100 meter relay (42.50) and was sixth in the 400 meter hurdles (57.03) at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau.
 
2019 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Notched three top-five finishes…Finished first in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:33.97 at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Set a personal-record time of 1:27.52 in the 600 meters (sixth) at the 2019 Illini Open (1/12)…Placed third in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:19.53 at the 2019 Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Was a member of the bronze medalist 4x400 meter relay team at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21), finishing in 3:18.34.

2018 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets…Was a member of the first place 4x400m relay team (3:26.20) at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31)…At the same meet had a personal best in the 800 of 2:08.62…Finished second in the 4x400m (3:17.86) at the Joe Walker Invite (4/13-14)…Earned silver in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:14.12 and registered a PR of 49.43 in the 400m at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship (5/10-12).
 
2018 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Finished fifth and had a personal best in the 200m (24.95) at the SEMO vs SIUE Dual Meet (12/8)…Also finished fourth in the 400m (53.55)…Placed third in the 4x400m (3:26.95) at the Illinois Open (1/13)…Finished third in the 4x400m with a mark of 3:23.03 at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9)…Had a personal best time of 1:28.30 in the 600m at the Illinois Open…Earned silver and bronze medals at Ohio Valley Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24)…Captured second in the 4x400m, clocking in at 3:23.99 and finished third in distance medley relay with a time of 10:08.18.
