2023 Outdoor: Competed at eight meets…Posted 18 finishes in the top ten with ten of those being top five…Placed fourth to start the season in the 400-meter dash (51.57) at the South Alabama Invite…In the 4x100 and 4x400 crossed the line at 42.22 (8th) and 3:18.37 (4th) at the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays…Posted the number one time in the 4x400 (3:19.15) at the Joey Haines Invite…Had an outstanding Cougar Classic with times of 22.10 (4th) in the 200, 50.16 (6th) in the 400, 42.65 (2nd) in the 4x100, and 3:22.55 (5th) in the 4x400…Crossed the line at 11.13 (42nd) to record a new PR in the 100-meter at the Georgia Tech Invitational…Tallied a second and fourth place finish in the 4x100 (42.03) and the 4x400           (3:21.22) while also placing eighth in 200-meter with a time of 22.69 at the Memphis Tiger Invitational…Achieved another new PR in the 400-meter for a time of 48.30 (7th), ran the 4x100 in 41.34 for third and stood on top of the podium in the 4x400 (3:13.00) at the OVC Championships.

2023 Indoor: Competed in seven events…Achieved top five status in nine events…Opened the season at the Edmonds-Wilt Invitational setting a personal record in the 60 with a time of 7.21, along with a fourth place finish in the 4x400 with a time of 3:25.77… In the 2023 Redhawks Invite set another personal record, this time in the 55 with a time of 6.83, along with a third place finish in the 4x400 (3:49.57)… During the John Gartland Invitational, he placed third in the 400 with a time of 51.37, as well as placing fifth in the 4x400 (3:28.58)… The 2023 Indiana University Relays saw another fifth place finish for the 4x400 team with a time of 3:19.75… The PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic saw a fourth place finish for the 4x400 team crossing the line at 3:20.17 and also saw Parham set two new personal records, in the 200 (22.12) for fifth and in the 400 (50.28) for eighth… In the 2023 Hoosier Hills, the 4x400 team that Parham was a part of ran a time of 3:22.95, which was good enough to earn 2nd place… Competed in the OVC championship where he set two PR’s in the 200 prelims with a run of 22.04 (8th) and in the 400- meter in the prelims with a run of 50.10, while also battling for a second place finish in the 4x400 with an official run of 3:17.50.

Lindsey Wilson College: Competed two years at Lindsey Wilson College...Posted six first-place finishes...Won the 100m (11.53) and long jump (21’ 10.75”) at the Campbellsville University Last Chance meet...Claimed the 4x200 and 4.400 titles at the Anderson Indoor Invite...Personal bests were 7.28 in the 60m, 11.36 in the 100m, 22.31 in the 200m, 49.73 in the 400m, 1:32.19 in the 600 and 21’ 10.75” in the long jump.
