2021 Cross Country: Did not compete. 

2021 Outdoor: Ran in 10 meets…Had 10 top-10 finishes… Captured Bronze in the 4x400 meter relay at the 2021 OVC Championship…Started the outdoor campaign with an 800 meters time of 1:59.97 (12th) at the South Alabama Invitational (3/12)…Also completed the 4x400 meter relay in 3:38.05 (10th)…Finished first in the 4x800 meter relay (8:30.13) and third in the 4x1,500 meter relay (17:09.39) at the Tennessee Relays (4/8-10)…Also concluded the 800 meters in 1:56.52 (15th)…Set a personal-best 800 meters time of 1:55.28 (ninth) at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (4/16-17)…Also was second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:19.47) and crossed the finish in the 1,500 meters in 4:24.70 (14th)…Was fifth in the 800 meters at the Sycamore Open (4/24) in 1:56.01…Grabbed Bronze in the 4x400 meter relay at the 2021 OVC Track & Field Championship (5/13-15) in 3:18.36…Also ran in the prelims for the 800 meters (1:58.48).
 
2021 Indoor: Ran in three meets…Had three top-five finishes…Opened the season with a fourth place finish in the distance medley relay (11:29.47) at the Sycamore Team Challenge (1/30)…Also completed the mile in 4:50.82 (11th)…Was a member of the first place finishing 4x400 meter relay time in 3:33.81 at the Redhawks Invite (2/5)…Completed the 800 meters in 2:03.31 (fourth) after setting a PR 200 meters time of 26.99 (11th)…Finished the 800 meters in 2:02.60 for fifth at the Redhawks Open (2/20).

2020-21 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Had six top-five finishes…Finished fourth in the 4x400 meter relay (3:47.20), fifth in the 3,000 meters (10:17.05) and sixth in the mile (4:39.85) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Completed the 4x400 meter relay in 3:29.15 for fourth at the Gene Edmonds Memorial (1/10-11)…Won the 3,000 meters in a personal best 9:20.08 at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Also was a member of the first place 4x800 meter relay team in 8:33.60…Set a personal record in the mile of 4:27.82 (14th) at the 2020 Indiana University Relays (1/31-2/1)…Was third in the distance medley relay (10:45.47) and seventh in the 800 meters (1:56.92) at the 2020 Hoosier Hills (2/14)…Placed sixth in the distance medley relay (10:37.00) and eighth in the 800 meters (1:57.57) at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27).

2019 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Opened the campaign with a 12th-place finish at the 2019 Saluki Invite (9/30) in a personal best 17:27.9…Posted a career-best time of 29:08.7 (85th) at the Bradley Intercollegiate (9/20)…Notched a PR 8K mark of 27:35.8 (137th) at the Bradley ‘Pink’ Classic (10/18)…Finished 60th at the 2019 OVC Championship (11/2) at SIUE in Edwardsville, Illinois, in 27:37.4…Concluded the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15) at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in a personal best 37:25.7 (195th).

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in eight meets…Had two top-five finishes…Won the 1,500 meters at the 2019 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/29-30), crossing the finish in 4:12.43…Was the runner-up in the 1,500 meters at the 2019 SIUE Gateway Classic (5/3) in 4:05.78…Completed the 1,500 meters in a personal best 4:02.00 for 11th at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11).
 
2019 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Posted six top-five finishes…Placed third in both the 800 meters (2:03.67) and the 4x400 meter relay (3:38.69) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Also was third in the 1,000 meters with a personal best time of 2:34.46 at the Samford Open (1/18-19)…Set a PR of 1:23.97 for fourth in the 600 meters at the Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Finished fourth in the same event with a mark of 1:26.23 at the 2019 Redhawk Open (2/15)…Was fifth in the distance medley relay in 10:45.10 at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21)…Also was 12th in the mile in 4:29.74.

2018 Cross Country: Appeared in two meets…Set a 5K personal-best time of 18:33.1 (35th) in the season-opening Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31)…Posted a mark of 30:44.8 (12th) at the SIUE John Flamer Invite (9/14).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Finished fourth in the 4x800m (7:52.79) at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays (3/23-24)…Placed third in the 4x400m in 3:30.52 and was seventh in the 800m (1:59.45) at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31)…Clocked a PR time of 4:13.68 in the 1500m at the SLU Billiken Invitational (4/6-7)…Set a personal-best mark of 1:55.85 (24th) in the 800m at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/20-21)…Competed in the 800m (2:02.70, 18th in preliminaries) at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/10-12).
 
2018 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Placed second (4x400, 3:33.37) and third (800, 2:03.54) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/8)…Ran a personal-best 600m in 1:26.39 (12th) at the 2018 Indiana University Relays (1/26-27)…Clocked a PR time of 2:37.73 in the 1000m at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/2-3)…Finished fifth in the 400 (PR, 53.75) at the 2018 Redhawks Open (2/16)…Placed eighth overall in the 800m (2:00.86) at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24).
 
2017 Cross Country: Ran in one meet…Finished 48th at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival (9/8).
