2013 Outdoor: Ran in six meets … Earned third-team Capital One Academic All-America honors from CoSIDA … Garnered first-team Capital One Academic All-District honors from CoSIDA … Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete … Recipient of the OVC Medal of Honor and member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … Won the 1500m with a career-best 3:53.90 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (4/19-20).

2013 Indoor: Raced in five meets … Took fifth in the mile run (4:16.89) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23) … Also ran with the third-place distance medley relay team (10:08.69) at the conference meet … Finished the 3000m in a career-best 8:32.79 at the Samford Multi Invitational (2/8-9).

2012 Cross Country: Competed in five meets during the 2012 season … Best finish for an 8K was at the OVC Championship (10/27), where he finished 12th with a time of 25:06.95, earning second-team All-OVC honors.

2012 Outdoor: Named first-team Capital One Academic All-District … Ran in seven meets … Took third in the 1500m (4:06.02) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/4-5) … Posted a career-best 8:31.69 in the 3000m at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invitational (3/23-24), where he finished runner-up …  Also recorded a career-best 15:01.21 in the 5000m at Vanderbilt.

2012 Indoor: Competed in four meets … Scored individually in the mile run (fifth; 4:16.91) and as a member of the distance medley (third; 10:30.27) relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/24-25) … took third in the 3000m with an indoor-best 8:34.91 at the Indiana Relays (1/27-28).

2011 Cross Country: Competed in six meets during the 2011 season, including the OVC Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional … Recorded a season best time of 25:23 at the Greater Louisville Classic where he placed 15th … Finished in 17th place at the OVC Championships and 145th at the NCAA Midwest Regional … Ran a career-best 27:14 at Louisville.

2011 Outdoor: Appeared in nine meets … Earned a collegiate best time of 1:56.89 in the 800 meter run at the Tom Botts Invitational … Also at the Tom Botts Invitational earned a career best time of 3:59.87 in the 1,500 meter run … Earned a career best time of 8:46.88 in the 3000 meter run at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invite … Southeast Scholar Athlete … OVC Medal of Honor winner … OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2011 Indoor: Appeared in two meets … Finished seventh in the 3000 meter run with a time of 8:59.48 at the Illini Classic … Was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished sixth at the Indiana University Relays with a time of 8:12.04.

2010 Cross Country: Competed in six meets … Recorded a season-best in the 8K with a time of 25:34.00 at the Bradley Classic … Ran the 8K at the OVC Championships in 27:28.85 … Placed 11th in the 6K with a time of 19:45.00 at the Washington University Early Bird … OVC Medal of Honor winner.

2010 Outdoor: Competed in four meets … Placed fifth in the 1500m at the Joey Haines Invitational with a time of 4:05.29 … Set a season-best in the 1500m meters with a time of 4:00.68 at the Ole Miss Invitational … Placed eighth in the 1500m at the OVC Championships with a time of 4:00.82 … OVC Medal of Honor recipient … OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … Southeast Scholar-Athlete.

2010 Indoor: Competed in five meets … Placed second in the mile at the Redhawk Invitational with a time of 4:27.72 … Placed eighth at the OVC Championships in the mile with a season-best time of 4:25.02 … Finished sixth in the mile at the EU Mega Meet … Set a career-best in the 800m with a time of 2:05.76 at the SASF Invitational.

2009 Cross Country: Competed in four meets … Ran a season’s best 27:42.43 in the 8K at the Greater Louisville Classic … At the EIU Panther Open finished the 8K with a time of 27:53.58 … Finished the 6K in 21:44.30 at the Saluki Early Bird Invite.
