2020 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Had seven top-five finishes and placed first in three races…Won the 400 meters (1:01.90) and 4x400 meter relay (4:14.68) at the season-opening SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Finished first in the 4x800 meter relay in 10:07.60 at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Posted a personal-record 600 meter time of 1:37.91 (ninth) at the 2020 Indiana University Relays (1/31-2/1)…Completed the distance medley relay in 12:27.98 for third at the 2020 Hoosier Hills (2/14)…Also was fourth in the 800 meters (2:18.15)…Captured Silver in the distance medley relay at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27), finishing in 12:00.67…Also was seventh in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:59.77.

2019 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Registered eight top-five finishes…Placed second in the 400 meter hurdles at the Rhodes Invitational (3/15-16) in 1:02.99 and at the Gibson Invitational (4/6) in 1:02.54…Won the event at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/19-20) with a mark of 1:00.91…Also was second in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:51.41…Finished first in the 400 meter hurdles at the Billy Hayes Invitational (5/3) in 1:01.37…Captured silver in the 400 meter hurdles in 1:00.96 and bronze in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:55.76 at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau.
 
2019 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Tallied nine top-five finishes…Finished first in the 4x400 meters (4:12.68) and third in the 800 meters (2:26.65) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Was third in the 600 meters in 1:38.49 at the Illini Open (1/12)…Set a PR in the 400 meters at the Samford Open (1/18-19) with a time of 59.47 (16th)…Registered a Southeast school record of 11:48.52 in the distance medley relay with Carli Knott, Claire Morrill and Kaitlyn Shea for second at the Indiana University Relays (1/25-26)…Was the runner-up in the 800 meters with a personal best 2:15.05 at the Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Also third in the 4x400 meters in 3:56.13…Earned bronze in the distance medley relay with a mark of 12:13.67 at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21)…Was also fifth (3:51.24) in the 4x400 meter relay and eighth in the 800 meters (2:21.65).

2018 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets…Placed third in the 400m hurdles at the Rhodes Invitational (3/16-17)…Improved in the event with a mark of 1:02.48 at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays (3/23-24)…Won the 4x400m (3:58.56) and set PRs in the 200m (26.90, 6th) and 400m (1:00.64,9th) at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31)…Finished third in the 400m hurdles in 1:02.35 at the Joe Walker Invite (4/13-14 and then fifth in the same event with a mark of 1:02.24 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/20-21)…Posted a career-best time of 1:01.55 in the 400m hurdles at the Arkansas Twilight (5/4) for a third place finish…Earned a silver in the 4x400m (3:45.49) and a bronze in the 400m hurdles (1:01.58) at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/10-12)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2018 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Won the 4x400m (4:15.47) and placed second in the 800m (2:24.66) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/8)…Was fifth in both the 600m (1:40.03) and the 4x400m (4:08.02) at the Illinois Open (1/13)…Recorded personal best times of 1:38.01 in the 600m and 2:17.95 in the 800m at the 2018 Indiana University Relays (1/26-27)…Placed second in both the 800m (2:19.30) and DMR (12:53.83) at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9)…Finished third in the 400m at the 2018 Redhawks Open (2/16), clocking in at 1:00.84…Earn two bronzes at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24) in the 4x400m (3:53.50) and DMR (12:12.20)…Also was eighth in the 800m with a mark of 2:19.55.

2017 Cross Country: Did not compete.

Prep: Attended White Station High School in Memphis, Tennessee…Member of SCIAA high school championship team in 2015, member of White Station high school state championship team in 2017, member of 2017-18 girls AAU club national champions (Memphis Jaguars), AAU club national 400m hurdle and 800m medalist, named all-American in 400m hurdles, named to Tennessee indoor all-state team in 800m, member of the national honor society and international thespian society, and Spanish honor society… Earned silver medal at AAU junior Olympic games in 400m hurdles, TSSAA state championship silver medalist in 300m hurdles, placed sixth at new balance nationals in EE 400m hurdles as a senior…Named all-American in 4 x 800m relay, TSSAA state medalist in triple jump, sectional silver medalist in triple jump, named all-American in 400m hurdles, district and regional champion in 400m hurdles as junior…Named all-American in 4 x 800m relay as a sophomore…Capital league champion in 300m hurdles, named all-American in 4 x 800m relay, AAU district champion silver medalist in triple jump as a freshman.
