2019 Outdoor: Competed in five meets…Set a personal best in the 2,000-meter steeplechase of 6:56.39 (22nd) at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (3/22-23)…Was fifth in the 5,000 meters in 16:41.40 at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/26-27)…Finished the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a career best 10:27.23 (14th) at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11)...Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Had two top-five finishes…Placed fifth in the mile in 4:46.02 at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Set personal bests in the mile (4:41.37, 21st) at the Illini Open (1/12), 3,000 meters (9:20.26, seventh) at the Fred Wilt Open (2/1-2)…Won the 1,000 meters with a PR of 2:48.44 at the 2019 Redhawks Open (2/15)…Completed the 3,000 meters in 9:47.02 (21st) at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21).

2018 Cross Country: Competed in five meets…Registered a personal-best 5K of 17:09.5 (19th) to start 2018 at the Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31)…Tallied a career-best 8K mark of 27:15.6 (226th) at the Louisville Classic (9/29)…Crossed the finish line in 28:21.0 (8K, 77th) at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27) with a time of 26:28.9...Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in two meets…Placed sixth in the 3000m steeplechase (PR, 11:03.90) at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31) and finished 20th in the 1500m at the SLU Billiken Invitational (PR, 4:24.50).
