2020 Indoor: Ran in four meets…Had three top-five finishes…Made season debut at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25), competing in the mile (4:24.90, fifth) and 800 meters (2:00.27, seventh)…Won the mile in 4:24.45 at the Mizzou Open (2/7)…Finished fourth in the mile in a career-best 4:18.33 at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27)…Also was sixth in the distance medley relay in 10:37.00.

2019 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Opened the season with a career-best 5K time of 17:44.7 (14th) at the 2019 Saluki Invite (9/30)…Finished the Bradley ‘Pink’ Classic (10/18) in 28:05.3 (141st)…Placed 40th at the 2019 OVC Championship (11/2) at SIUE in Edwardsville, Illinois, with a time of 26:23.8…Completed the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15) at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 35:45.3 (184th).

2019 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Had two top-five finishes…Set a personal best in the 2,000-meter steeplechase in 6:11.37 (11th) at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (3/22-23)…Was the runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 2019 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/29-30) in 9:48.90…Set a PR in the 5,000 meters, completing the race in 15:44.67 for fifth at the Joe Walker Classic (4/12-13)…Tallied a mark of 9:58.34 (13th) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11).
 
2019 Indoor: Appeared in six meets…Posted two top-five finishes…Placed fourth in the distance medley relay in 10:37.22 at the Indiana University Relays (1/25-26)…Finished eighth in the mile, clocking in at 4:34.70 at the Fred Wilt Open (2/1-2)…Tallied an indoor season-best 3,000 meter time of 8:55.27 (16th) at the Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Was fifth in the distance medley relay at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21) with a mark of 10:45.10…Also completed the 3,000 meters in 9:27.47 (20th).

2018 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Started the season with a personal-best 5K of 18:33.7 (36th) at the Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31)…Ran a season-best 8K, clocking in at 26:15.6 (177th) at the Louisville Classic (9/29)…Finished 65th at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27) with a time of 27:19.7…Posted a 10K mark of 33:42.0 (140th) at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).

2018 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets…Finished third with a personal-best time of 9:24.44 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Rhodes Invitational (3/16-17)…Won the event the next week at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays (3/23-24), clocking in at 9:30.40…Third in the 4x400 relay (3:30.52) at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31)…Placed first in the 3000m steeplechase at the SLU Billiken Invitational (4/6-7) in 9:38.73…Was sixth in the 5000m with a PR of 16:36.36 at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/27-28).
 
2018 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Placed third in the 3000m at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual (12/8) with a time of 9:13.00…Set a personal record of 8:39.27 (26^th) in the 3000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19-20) and finished second in the DMR (10:19.99)…Won the DMR at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9) with a time of 10:25.28…Earned bronze in the DMR at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/23-24), clocking in a time of 10:08.18…Finished 14th in the 3000m in 8:52.47.

Prep: Attended Oakville High School…Earned all-state honors in cross country as a senior and track as a junior…Garnered all-conference recognition in cross country his last two years…District champion in the 1600m race as a sophomore…Finished third in state in 800m his junior season…2014 USA Triathlon National Champion in the 16-19 age group…Third-place finish at the 2014 ITU Triathlon World Championship.
