2019 Outdoor: Competed in five meets…Notched four top-five finishes…Finished fifth in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:56.86 at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (3/22-23)…Was the runner-up in the same relay in 3:51.41 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/19-20)…Won the 400 meters at the SIUE Gateway Classic (5/3), crossing the finish in 58.71…Earned bronze in the 4x400 meter relay, finishing in 3:55.76 at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau…Was also sixth in both the 400 meters (57.94) and 4x100 meter relay (48.90).
 
2019 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Posted eight top-five finishes…Finished fourth in the 400 meters (1:00.77) and fifth in the 200 meters (26.08) at the 2019 Illini Open (1/12)…Placed third in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:58.25 at the Samford Open (1/18-19)…Was sixth in both the 200 meters (25.86) and 400 meters (1:00.03) at the Fred Wilt Open (2/1-2)…Finished third in both the 400 meters (58.87) and the 4x400 meter relay (3:56.13) at the Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Was also fifth in the 200 meters (25.29)…Captured bronze in the distance medley relay at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21), crossing the finish in 12:13.67…Also was fifth in the 4x400 meter relay (3:51.24).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Placed first in the 4x400m at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/31) with 3:58.56…Finished third in the 4x100m (48.08) at the Joe Walker Invite (4/14)…Earned personal bests in the 200m (25.01) and the 400m (57.61) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/28)…Earned silver in the 4x400m, clocking in at 3:45.49 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship (5/12)…Also was fifth in the 4x100m (47.31).
 
2018 Indoor: Competed in six events…Ran in the Illinois Open (1/13) placing fifth in the 4x400 with 4:08.02…Earned a personal best competing in the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/3) placing eighth in the 60 with 7.90…Placed fourth in the 2018 Hoosier Hills meet (2/9) in the 400 with 58.31 also placed fifth in the 200 with 25.31…Raced in the Ohio Valley Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/24) placing third in the 4x400 with 3:53.50.
