2015 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Finished first in the 400m (55.85) and helped team place first in the 4x400m (3:55.47) at the Joey Haines Invitational…Placed fifth in the 400m (55.51) and helped team finish fifth in the 4x100m (48.95) and eighth in the 4x400m (3:57.97) at the OVC Championships…Earned 11 top-five finishes.

2015 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Set PR in 60m (8.07)…Finished third in the 400m (56.71) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:57.59) at the OVC Championships…Placed first in the 400m (57.68) and second in the 200m (26.55) at the Redhawks Invite…Accumulated 10 top-five finishes.

2014 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets... Finished fourth in the 400m with a PR time of 55.52 seconds at the OVC Championships... Helped the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams to two top-four finishes at the OVC Championships... Won the 400m race at the Joey Haines Invitational in 56.4 seconds... The 4x100 relay team won the race at the Memphis Invitational in 48.44 seconds.

2014 Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets... Won the 200m race at the Redhawks Invite in a time of 26:55, an indoor-best. 

2013 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Member of the Redhawks’ third-place 4x400m relay team (3:50.07) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/3-4)… Placed third in the 400m (season-best 56.41) at the Joey Haines Invitational (4/5-6)

2013 Indoor: Ran in seven meets… Scored as a member of both the 4x400m (seventh; 3:56.59) and distance medley (eighth; 12:36.55) relay teams at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23)… Ran an indoor-best 58.18 in the 400m, taking 19th at the Samford Multi Invitational (2/8-9).

Prep: Attended Kwantlen Park Secondary School in British Columbia… Was the top female athlete and ran in the 200m, 400m, 4x100m relays, and the 4x400m relays… Was a honor roll student all through high school.
