2014 Cross Country: Competed in all seven meets of the 2014 season... Finished 13th at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 15:27... Took 22nd at the Saluki Invitational in 20:21... Finished 38th at the OVC Championships with a time of 18:49. 

2014 Outdoor: Competed in five meets... Ran a career-best 5000m race at the OVC Championships with a time of 18:39, finishing 16th... Also ran a season-best steeplechase at the OVC Championships with a time of 11:23, finishing eighth... Finished fourth in the javelin at the Joey Haines Invitational with a season-best toss of 30.62m... Recipient of the OVC Medal of Honor... Southeast Scholar-Athlete... Member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 

2014 Indoor: Saw action in six indoor meets... Ran a career-best mile in a time of 5:06 at the OVC Indoor Championships, placing fifth... Won the mile race at the Redhawks Invite with a time of 5:11... Helped the distance medley relay team to a fourth-place finish at the OVC Championships... Ran a career-best 3000m at the SIU Invitational, finishing eighth.

2013 Cross Country: Competed in six meets... Placed fifth at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge (9/13) in 19:05... Her best 6k time of the season came at the Louisville Classic (10/5) when she ran the course in 19:03... Placed 27th at the OVC Championship (11/2) in a time of 19:17. 

2013 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Took fifth in the 3000m steeplechase (11:28.68) and eighth in the javelin (career-best 110-2) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/3-4)… Finished the steeplechase in a career-best 11:06.68 at the Louisville Twilight (5/10).

2013 Indoor: Ran in eight meets… Took sixth in the mile run (career-best 5:10.97) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23)… Also ran a leg on the distance medley relay team, which took eighth with a time of 12:36.55, at the conference meet.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in all regular season meets during the 2012 season… Best finish for a 5K was at the OVC Championships, where she finished 51st with a time of 19:10.31.

2012 Outdoor: Ran in six meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Took second in the steeplechase (12:03.18) at the Joey Haines Invitational… Competed in the javelin and steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Championships. 

2012 Indoor: Competed in five meets… Ran a leg in the fourth-place distance medley (12:36.91) relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships… Recorded a career-best mark of 3:08.96 in the 1000m at the Redhawks Invitational, earning a first-place finish… Earned a career-best time of 5:23.56 in the mile run at the OVC Indoor Championships.

2011 Cross Country: Competed in all meets during the season… Recorded a season-best time of 20:47 at the Greater Louisville Classic where she placed 189th… Placed 58th at the OVC Championships.
