2014 Outdoor: Competed in nine meets... Had a career-best performance in the discus at the OVC Championships with a toss of 44.64m finishing as the runner-up... Threw a career-best 55.71 in the hammer throw at the War Eagle Meet, placing third... Also had a career-best in the javelin at the Red Wolf Open... Finished third in the shot put at the OVC Championships with a toss of 14.32m... Southeast Scholar-Athlete... Member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 

2014 Indoor: Saw action in six meets... Had a career day at the Redhawks Invite, setting new career-bests in the shot put (14.45m) and the weight throw (17.29m)... Finished fourth in the shot put at the OVC Championships. 

2013 Outdoor: Threw in nine meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Scored in three events: the shot put (fourth; 43-5 1/4), discus (fourth; 132-2) and hammer throw (fifth; 163-5) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/3-4)… Tossed a season best in both the hammer throw (168-1) and discus (139-8), finishing eighth in both events at the Joey Haines Invitational (4/5-6)… Took third in the shot put (season-best 47-2 1/4) at the Oliver Nickoloff Invitational (3/30).

2013 Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Scored in both the shot put (third; 45-10 1/2) and weight throw (seventh; 53-1 1/2) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23)… Tossed a season-best 55-2 3/4 in the weight throw to take 11th at the Samford Multi Invitational (2/8-9)… Won the shot put with a season-best 46-7 1/2 at the Indiana Relays (1/25-26).

Prior to Southeast: Attended Georgia Southern University... All-Southern Conference Freshman Team Selection.

Prep: Graduate of Columbia Hickman High School... Women in Sports Award Winner... Hickman Female Athlete of the Year... Won district title in shot put all four of her high school seasons... Earned a state championship in shot put her junior season and set school record in shot put and discus during her junior campaign.

Personal: Born March 31, 1993… Daughter of Jarvis and Carol Hall… Pursuing a degree in Secondary Education-English.
