2012 Outdoor: Threw the javelin in six meets … received the OVC Medal of Honor … named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete … placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … earned second-team All-OVC honors by finishing runner-up in the javelin (career-best 168-8) in the OVC Outdoor Championships… took fourth in the javelin (161-5) at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational.

2012 Indoor: Competed in five meets…recorded a season-best 4:30.20 in the mile run at the Hoosier Hills… posted a season-best 9:14.32 in the 3,000m run at the Redhawks Invitational.

2011 Cross Country: Competed in six meets during the season including the OVC Championships and the NCAA Midwest Region...ran a career-best 27:03 at Louisville.

2011 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets…split time between distance running and the javelin…earned a career best time of 16:49.74 in the 5,000 meter run…finished in fourth place in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the OVC Championship with a time of 10:04.17…placed fifth in the javelin at the OVC Championships with a toss of 147’ 3”, which was a career-high...Southeast Scholar Athlete...OVC Medal of Honor winner...OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2011 Indoor: Appeared in five meets…was part of the distance medley relay team that finished third at the Hoosier Hills…finished ninth in the 800 meter run at the OVC Championships with a time of 2:01.35…finished tenth in the mile run at the OVC Championships with a time of 4:35.90.

2010 Cross Country: Competed in one meet…ran the 6K at the Washington University Early Bird in 21:07.80... OVC Medal of Honor winner.

2010 Outdoor: Placed fourth in the steeplechase at the OVC Championships with a time of 10:04.17…placed fourth in the 1,500 meters at the Joey Haines Invitational with a career-best 4:05.29…placed fifth in the javelin at the Joey Haines Invitational… set a career-best in the javelin with a throw of 143’-11.25” at the Ole Miss Invitational… placed ninth in the 1,500 meters at the Drake Relays…finished sixth in the javelin at the Memphis Invitational...OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll...Southeast Scholar Athlete.

2010 Indoor: All-OVC selection as a member of the distance medley relay team… finished fifth in the 800 meters with a season-high time of 1:59.48 at the EIU Mega Meet… placed sixth in the mile at the OVC Championships with a time of 4:21.02… set a career-best in the mile with a time of 4:20.56 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational… recorded a career-best time of 8:53.28 at the Hoosier Hills Invitational.

2009 Cross Country: Finished 33rd at the UE Invitational with a time of 27:35.66 in the 8K...ran a season’s best 27:04.82 in the 8K at the Greater Louisville Classic... finished 19th in the 6K at the Saluki Early Bird Invite with a time of 21:02.10. 2009 Outdoor: OVC Medal of Honor recipient...OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll... Southeast Scholar Athlete.

2009 Indoor: Won the 800 meter title at the Redhawk Invitational with a time of 1:59.29...member of the winning 4X400 meter relay team at the Redbird Invitational... ran a season’s best time in the 800 meters at the Hoosier Hills Invitational with a time of 1:58.99 placing, 12th...placed fifth at the Redbird Invitational in the 800 meters with a time of 1:59.45.

Prep: All-State...placed fourth in 800 meters and third as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team at state meet... Conference Champion in 800 meters...competed on the football and basketball team...was named All-Conference at defensive end...Valedictorian of his senior class.

Personal: Born May 6, 1990...son of Robin and Kelly Krause...majoring in Business Management.
