Thursday Night

Raissa Nsabua had a career night as she scored 24 points on 9-11 shooting to lead the game in scoring. She was one-of-two Redhawks in double figures as forward
Kearra Jones dumped in 13 points and snagged 11 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the season. The Redhawks scored 28-of-57 points in the paint last night as they shot 40.8-percent from the field (20-49).Â
Â
What a Night
Raissa Nsabua scored a game-high 24 points against Morehead State on Thursday night as she shot a near-perfect 9-11 from the field, 3-3 from three-point range, and 5-7 at the free throw line. Her 24 points marked a new career-high for the Ottawa, Ontario-native and pushed her scoring average to 7.8 PPG this season.Â
Â
Another Double-Double
Sophomore forward
Kearra Jones recorded her fourth double-double of the season on Thursday night. Jones, who scored 13 points and hauled in 11 points, battled foul trouble early on and managed to continue her production in 30-minutes of action against Morehead State. Jones finished 4-12 from the field and 5-9 at the free throw line.Â
Â
Sixth of its Kind
Jones also hauled in 11 rebounds which pushed her total to six games this season with double-digit rebounds. Jones is the leading rebounder on the Redhawks as she is averaging 6.0 RPG in 22 games.  She has hauled in a total of 129 rebounds which is 27 more rebounds than the next closes Redhawk (Nsabua, 102).Â
Â
Four-Straight
Raissa Nsabua's 24 points on Thursday night pushed her double-digit point streak to four games. Nsabua has scored 11 or more points over the last four games and is averaging 15.2 PPG over the last four as the Redhawks have gone 2-2 over that stretch. It marks her seventh game this season with double digits which ranks fifth on the team.Â
Â
The Rebounder
Kearra Jones has cleaned the glass well for the Redhawks over the last four games as she has led the team in rebounding in all four contests. Jones, who is the leading rebounder on the squad, has hauled in 43 total rebounds over those four games for an average of 10.7 RPG. She also recorded her seventh game of eight or more rebounds on Thursday night.Â
Â

Â
Last Victory Versus USI
