Redhawks Wrap-Up Homestand Thursday Versus Little Rock
Southeast Missouri Women's Basketball will close its four-game homestand on Thursday, January 22, when they welcome in Little Rock (9-9, 5-3 OVC) to Cape Girardeau. Tip-off is set for 5:15 p.m., CT. at the Show Me Center on Thursday evening.

Series vs. Little Rock
Thursday's matchup will mark just the 10
th meeting in women's basketball between Little Rock and Southeast Missouri, and the first meeting this season. Overall, Little Rock holds a 7-2 overall record against the Redhawks and swept the regular season last year. The Redhawks last victory came during the 2008 season in a 57-45 victory over LR in Cape Girardeau.
Tuesday Night Action
The Redhawks played their first game of the week on Tuesday night against UT Martin as the Skyhawks stole a 67-56 victory at the Show Me Center.
Carmen Taylor led the Redhawks with 14 points, nine of those coming in the third quarter on three-straight three pointers. She finished the evening at 50-percent from three (3-6).

Da'Kariya Jackson led the Redhawks in rebounding for the second-straight night. Coming off an eight-rebound performance against SIUE (1/17) last Saturday, Jackson hauled in a team-high seven rebounds against UTM. She is averaging 7.5 RPG over the last two contests and has 38 boards on the season.

Graduate guard
Raissa Nsabua impacted the game in other ways outside of scoring Tuesday night. The Ottawa, Ontario-native hauled in six rebounds and dished out five assists in 30-minutes of action. She pushed her season total to 83 rebounds and 74 total assists in 2025-26.

Ainaya Williams played her highest total of minutes since the Morehead State game (1/10) on Tuesday night against UT Martin. Williams had an efficient 4-7 shooting night (57.1%) from the field and scored 11 points. She hauled in five rebounds as well, including three offensive boards, in just 14 minutes of action off the bench.
