First Quarter
- Southeast Missouri took an early lead with Kearra Jones contributing a jumper and a fast-break layup.
- Madison Ayers added a layup, and Da'Kariya Jackson connected on a 3-pointer to extend the lead.
- Raissa Nsabua's steal and fast-break layup capped a strong start.
- At the end of the first quarter, the Redhawks led SIUE 21–12.
