Feuerborn Qualifies for the 2023-24 NCAA Indoor Championship

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - Parker Feuerborn qualified for the 2023-24 NCAA Division l Indoor Track and Field Championships in the weight throw.
The event will take place in Boston, Mass. at The Track at New Balance, March 7-9. The top 16 performances around the country qualify for the championships.
Feuerborn will compete in the weight throw at 5:00 p.m CT on Thursday, March 7.
The graduate student ended the year ranked sixth in the nation after throwing for a first place distance of 76' 8.5" (23.38m) at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship, Feb 21, 2024.
During the year the Feuerborn broke the SEMO weight throw record three times. The first came at Redhawks Invite when he launched the weight for a distance of 73' 4.75". The second happened at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic, Feb. 2nd (74'11.75). The third and final time happened at the 2024 Indoor OVC Championships.
The Minnesota native also earned Ohio Valley Conference Male Field Athlete of the Week five out of seven weeks.
