Flournoy Now to Play in 2024 Reese’s Senior Bowl Feb. 3

Former Southeast Missouri wide receiver Ryan Flournoy has changed his course again after recently receiving an invitation to play in the 2024 Reese's Senior Bowl.
Flournoy previously accepted invitations to both the Hula and East-West Shrine Bowls but has opted to play in the highly regarded Reese's Senior Bowl. This year's event is scheduled for 12 p.m., CT on Saturday, Feb. 3. The game, which airs live on NFL Network, will be played at the University of South Alabama's Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile.
The Reese's Senior Bowl is widely regarded as the preeminent college football all-star game and the first stage in the NFL Draft process. The longest continual-running all-star game has taken place in Mobile, Alabama the past 74 years. More than 900 NFL personnel, including key decision-makers from all 32 teams, and over 1100 media members from around the country were credentialed this year. Last April, the game produced 100 total picks for the third straight year, representing 40 percent of the entire NFL draft, including 40 selected on the first two days.
Flournoy, who was on the Reese's Senior Bowl Watch List ahead of the 2023 campaign, is just the second SEMO player to get an opportunity to participate in the event. Fellow wide receiver Paul McRoberts played in the 2016 Reese's Senior Bowl.
