Cape Girardeau, Mo - Southeast Missouri Gymnastics will host Lindenwood and Fisk as they look to stay undefeated at home this season. The meet will begin at 6:30 p.m. Friday, February 10 at Houck Field House.
Red Out
Friday's Tri-meet will be an official "Red Out" as fans are encouraged to wear SEMO red at Houck Field House.
Don't Get Caught In the Webb
Lydia Webb of Southeast Missouri women's gymnastics picked up Gymnast of the Week honors last week, the Midwest Independent Conference announced on February 2.
The junior from Wylie, Texas, competed in the All-Around category for SEMO on both Friday against Texas Woman's and on Sunday at the Ball State Quad Meet. She registered a 39.250 Friday night, followed by a 37.550 on Sunday afternoon.
Friday night she registered a 9.850 on Bars and Floor for her highest scores of the evening for SEMO. Sunday, Webb continued her impressive Bars routine sticking a 9.775 at the Ball State Quad meet.
Last Time Out
Southeast Missouri Redhawk women's gymnastics competed at the Ball State Quad Meet where they placed third with a score of 194.700.
The Redhawks would beat out Fisk University that scored 189.650, however fall to Ball State who topped everyone at the meet with 196.300, while Pittsburg would also beat out SEMO scoring 195.075.
At the Ball State Quad Meet Southeast posted a (48.875) in the vault, a (48.875) in the bar event, (48.600) through the beam, and (48.550) in the final event on the floor.

Madison Greene who posted a 9.800 as she tied for third in the event.
SEMO's
Lindsay Ockler scored a 9.825 in the bars event while placing second in a 3-way tie.
Nyah Reader would score a solid 9.825 in the balance beam event for the Redhawks top performer, as she tied for 6th in this competition.
Madison Greene on the floor put up a 9.825 for Southeast's best production as she tied for fourth in this event.
SEMO has now averaged 194.27 per outing and is seeking to conquer their competition at home yet again.

Lindenwood
Lindenwood University comes to Houck Field House for the first time this year for the second match up with the Redhawks.
Lindenwood has a record of 7-6 this season with their most recent win over both Centenary and Greenville with their score reaching 195.425
The Lion's top performers in their last competition was Allie Berkley in vault with a score of (9.800), Kaylee Cooper in bars (9.850), Hannah Moon in Beam (9.850), and Gayla Griswold on the floor event (9.850).
The last time these two faced off came in the season-opener on Jan. 20, 2023, in St. Charles, Mo. where Lidenwood bested the Redhawks with a score of 196.175 to 195.350.
Fisk
Fisk University will compete at Houck for the first time this season as they look to defeat the Redhawks for the first time this year in potentially their last matchup for the season.
Fisk will also search for their first win in program history halfway through the season with a record of 0-15. The team has averaged a score of 188.2 this season with their highest score of 190 in both the University of Georgia Quad-Meet and Tennessee College Classic.
As a team Fisk tallied a score of (47.425) in the vault event, (47.550) in bars, (47.950) in beam, and (46.725) in the floor event at their last meet
Fisk's top performer in their last matchup for the vault was Aliyah Reed-Hammon (9.700), Morgan Price for bars (9.775), Aliyah Reed-Hammon in beam (9.775), and Zyla Coleman with a score of (9.675)
Last Matchup between Fisk and SEMO was Jan. 29th, 2023, in Muncie, Ind. The Redhawks defeated Fisk in the Quad-Meet by a score of 194.700 to 189.650.
