Hall, Terry and Forbes Named to Associated Press All-America Team

Southeast Missouri linebacker Zach Hall, running back Marquis Terry and offensive tackle Drew Forbes were named to the 2018 Associated Press Football Championship Subdivision All-America Team Tuesday.
Hall landed a spot on the first-team defense, while Terry and Forbes both made the second-team offense.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Hall is one of three finalists for this year's Buck Buchanan Award which will be handed out in Frisco, Texas on Jan. 4. He led SEMO with a single-season record 168 tackles, including 67 solo stops. Hall also tallied 12 tackles for loss, two sacks a team-high four interceptions, a team-high four forced fumbles, one safety and a blocked field goal. He was the Ohio Valley Conference's Defensive Player of the Year. Hall led the OVC and ranked second in the FCS in tackles.
Terry, who hails from Atlanta, Georgia, was this year's OVC Offensive Player of the Year after leading the league in rushing yards (1,229), rushing touchdowns (14) and rushing yards per game (94.5). He ran for over 100 yards a league-high six times with an OVC and school record 311 at Southern Illinois (Sept. 15).
A native of Bonne Terre, Missouri, Forbes earned First-Team All-OVC honors. He finished his outstanding career with 35-straight starts at left tackle.
Hall is SEMO's fifth First-Team Associated Press FCS All-American in school history. The others include Doug Berg (DL, 1994), Willie Ponder (WR, 2002), Henry Harris (RB, 2010) and Sean Middleton (C, 2010).
