The Racers are 8-13 on the season, 4-6 in conference play. Last game they defeated Eastern Kentucky Colonels 75-68. Ke'Shunan James led the way for Murray with 25 points and eight rebounds. Bria Bethea also chipped in 19 points off the bench. On the season, James leads the Racers with 20.8 points, 8.4 rebounds and 4.0 assists per contest.

In their first meeting earlier this season Southeast Missouri defeated Murray State 85-74 back on January 4.
Ashton Luttrull led the way for the Redhawks with 23 points in that game. Southeast leads the all-time series 33-25.

Redhawks Lose to Jacksonville State, 55-48
Southeast battled with Jacksonville the entire game, with the Gamecocks keeping a small advantage the majority of the first three quarters. The Redhawks took their first lead early in the fourth at 37-34 but then went over four minutes without scoring, giving Jacksonville an opportunity to reclaim the lead. The Redhawks we unable to come back as they fell by eight.
