Brooke Hengst is in her 12th year at Southeast Missouri State University, most recently being named Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance and Eligibility in June, 2026.
Prior to her time as an Assistant AD, Hengst spent seven years in Athletic Academic Services as Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development and Associate Director of Academics and Student-Athlete Development.
Hengst began her career at SEMO in August 2015 when she was named the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations, a position she held until August 2019 when she moved to Academic Services.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from SEMO in May 2014 with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting major, Finance minor). Hengst also earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education from SEMO in 2017.
Hengst and her husband, Derrick, are the parents of one child, Katelyn.
