Betsy Wilcox is in her seventh year as Southeast Missouri's Assistant Director of Athletics for Student Support Services/Senior Woman Administrator.
Wilcox oversees Sports Medicine, Sport Performance and Academics, and is the sport administrator for track & field/cross country and women's soccer. She also supervises Title IX compliance and student-athlete development.
Wilcox is a member of the NCAA Softball Rules Committee, University Athletics Committee, Sport Management Advisory Board, Athletics Liaison Committee and Students of Concern Committee. She is the Ohio Valley liaison for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee as well.
Prior to her current role, she was SEMO's Coordinator to Director of Academics, worked as a Athletic Specialist at Iowa Western Community College and was an Assistant Softball Coach at Iowa Western CC and IUPUI.
A native of Westfield, Indiana, Wilcox has an undergraduate degree in Continuing Studies from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis and a masters in Coaching and Athletics Administration from Concordia University-Irvine.
