2024: Played in all 33 matches over 129 sets in her sophomore season…Secured her second First Team All-OVC selection in two seasons, after finishing third in points in league play with 294…Finished with 437 kills on 1480 total attacks for a .170 hitting-percentage for the entire season, a 3.39 kills-per-set mark…Recorded 507 points on the season, averaging 3.93 points-per-set…Recorded a career-high 40 service aces and career-best four against Morehead State in the conference tournament (11/25)…Averaged 4.14 points-per-set in league play, including 256 kills, 17 service aces, 13 solo blocks, and 16 block assists…She was the OVC Player of the Week (10/28) one time in 2024. 

2023: Played in 125 sets over 32 matches played in her first season as a Redhawk…Became the first freshman to win Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Year since Emily Scannell in 2000…Was selected to the All-OVC First Team…Finished the season with seven OVC weekly awards…Finished the season with 446 kills on 1300 total attempts for a .222 hitting-percentage…Recorded a season-high 34 kills against Western Illinois on a season-high 71 total attacks (11/3)…Recorded 515 points for a 4.12 points-per-set mark in her first season…Dished out 21 assists including a season-high four against Lindenwood (11/21)…Registered 329 digs from her outside hitter position for a 2.63 digs-per-set mark including a season-high 17 digs against Southern Illinois (8/26)…At the net, she finished with 46 total blocks (.37 per set) including 14 solo blocks and 32 block assists…Had a season-best five blocks against Lindenwood (11/21)…Recorded 39 service aces on the season including a season-best four against Lindenwood (11/16). 

Prep/Club: Was a four year letter winner for head coach Robyn Stovall at Aquin Catholic High School…Logged a total of 1308 kills with a .312 hitting clip while adding 779 digs, 78 blocks, and 151 aces during high school…Was the 2022 state champion in class 1A and placed third in 2021…Was selected as the Illinois prep volleyball player of the year her senior year as well as being named first team all state…Was named to the IVCA first team all-state senior year…Selected to NIUC all-conference first team all four years of high school and named conference MVP her junior and senior season…Notched the Linda Ludwig Varsity All-Tournament Team three years…Made the first team News-Gazatte all-state team senior year, second team as a junior, and honorable mention her sophomore year…During her senior season was selected to the Village Voices first team while also being named player of the year and was also selected to the Rockford Register Star all area team and named player of the year…Named to the Oregon Varsity all-tournament team her senior season…Registered over 400 kills her junior and senior season while having a hitting percentage above .350 each year…Recorded 226 digs, 30 blocks, and 35 aces during her senior season…Posted 228 digs, 21 blocks, and 69 aces as a junior…Also played club volleyball for VC United for coaches Eric Schulze, Amber Rolfzen, Wayne King, Patrick Freeman, Amanda Carlson, Jordan Haverly and was the 23rd ranked Illinois prep volleyball club player her senior season…In addition to volleyball she also ran cross country.

Personal: Born March 9, 2005…Daughter of Jesse and Alise Arndt…Sister Cassidy Arndt played volleyball at Marysville University and her brother, Oliver Arndt ran cross country at Highland Community College…Plans to major in Business or Interior Design
