Prep: Started and lettered all four years at Hudson High School for head coach Brittany Young-Sanchez...Was named a team captain in both her junior and senior seasons...Compiled over 2,000 assists during her high school career...Was named a second team All-Conference selection following her junior season and won the Hudson Raider Award for her high school...Her senior season, was voted First Team All-Conference and was named the conference's 'Player of the Year' for the 2024 season...Finished as a conference champion and was a 2024 Wisconsin State qualifier for the first time in school history...Played for Northern LIghts 17 during club season...Took third at the 2024 AAU National Championship...Was an honorable mention selection by Prep Volleyball. 

Personal: The daughter of Greg and Annie Burns...Ellie is a standout in the classroom as a member of National Honors Society... She was awarded the WIAA Academic Award and was named an AAU Academic All-American...She intends to major in business at Southeast.
