Justin McMullen finished his season under Coach Klein in 2025, bringing with him nearly two decades of proven success at the high school level. Coach McMullen spent 20 seasons at Jackson High School from 2005 to 2024, where he compiled an outstanding career record of 264–62–4. During his tenure, his teams captured 10 district championships, including an impressive streak of seven consecutive titles, and reached the Final Four in 2018 to cap off a remarkable run.
A 1999 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School, McMullen continued his playing career at the collegiate level, spending one year at Fontbonne College in 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005 and completed his Master of Education in Educational Leadership in 2024 from Southeast Missouri State.
Coach McMullen holds a United Soccer Coaches National Diploma.
