2014 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2014 Outdoor: Competed in three meets during the outdoor season, primarily in the 800m... Ran a season-best 2:31 800m at the Red Wolf Open... Member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 

2014 Indoor: Competed in three indoor meets... Won the 800m event at the Redhawks Invite with a time of 2:31... Helped the distance medley relay team to a second-place finish at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet with a time of 13:03. 

2013 Cross Country: Did not compete. 

2013 Outdoor: Ran in four meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Took seventh in the 800m with a season-best 2:29.07 at the Red Wolf Open (4/26-27).

2013 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Opened the indoor season with a season-best 2:30.74 in the 800m at the EIU Early Bird (12/7).

2012 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Took eighth in the 800m (2:23.77) at the Joey Haines Invitational.

2012 Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Set a career-best mark in the 200m run with a time of 28.70 at the SIU Invitational… Set a career-best mark in the 600m run with a time of 1:43.99 at the SIU Saluki Fast Start… Set a career-best mark of 2:23 in the 800m run at the OVC Indoor Championships.

2011 Cross Country: Competed in three meets during the season… Recorded a time of 21:03 and a 39th-place finish at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge.

Prep: Lettered all four year in both cross country and track… During her senior and freshman year, she was all-state track and qualified for state in both cross country and track all four years… Named Miss Cross Country and Miss Track her senior year.

Personal: Born Dec. 13, 1992… Parents are Joseph and Cheryl Beffa… Majoring in nursing.
