2014 Cross Country: Competed in only one meet... Finished 70th at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird in 17:36 to begin the season. 

2014 Outdoor: Did not compete... Recipient of the OVC Medal of Honor... Southeast Scholar-Athlete... Member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 

2014 Indoor: Did not compete. 

2013 Cross Country: Competed in four meets in 2013...Finished 22nd at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge (9/13) with a time of 20:18. 

2013 Outdoor: Raced in seven meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Took sixth in the steeplechase (11:33.43) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/3-4)… Took fourth in the steeplechase with a season-best 11:14.81 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (4/19-20)… Ran the 5000m in 18:49.10, good for 11th at the Sea Ray Relays (4/11-13)… Won the steeplechase (11:46.28) at the Joey Haines Invitational (4/5-6).

2013 Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Won the 3000m (11:27.67) at the Redhawks Invitational (2/15)… Ran a season-best 10:25.25 in the 3000m at the Samford Multi Invitational (2/8-9)… Was near her season-best time in the 3000m (10:26.27) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23), where she took ninth.

2012 Cross Country: Ran in five meets… Finished the 5K in a season-best 18:53.2 at the OVC Championships (10/27).

Prep: Lettered and cross country, swimming and track and field… Cross country team won a state title in 2010 and finished runner-up in 2011… Class president who graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Personal: Born Nov. 13, 1993… Parents are Gene and Valerie Trowbridge.
