2015 Cross Country: Ran in all six races…Had two top-50 finishes…Placed 19th at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 16:02…Finished in 36th place at the OVC Championships (18:52.1)…Capped her senior season by competing at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets...Set PRs in 1500m (4:58.98) and 10,000m (39:35.91)…Helped place sixth in the 4x400m (4:43.12) at the Joey Haines Invitational…Finished 10th in the 10,000m (PR) at the OVC Championships…Had five top-10 finishes…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2015 Indoor: Saw action in five meets…Named Southeast Scholar-Athlete…Set PRs in 800m (2:31.10), mile (5:15.36) and 3000m (10:28.94)…Finished sixth in the distance medley relay (12:29.06) at the OVC Championships…Finished second in the 5000m with a season-best time of 18:16.27 at the DePauw Indoor Invitational…Placed first in both the mile (5:23.61) and the distance medley relay (13:40.39) vs. SIUE.

2014 Cross Country: Ran in all but one meet in 2014... Finished 26th at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 15:49... Finished 15th in Carbondale, Illinois in the Saluki Invitational in 19:41... Took 53rd-place at the OVC Championships with a time of 19:20. 

2014 Outdoor: Ran in five meets... Finished third in the 5K race at the Joey Haines Invitational in 18:36, a season-best... Finished 15th in the steeplechase at the OVC Championships... Finished ninth in the 3000m race at the Memphis Invitational.

2014 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets... Set a new PR in the 5000m at the OVC Championships, finishing 11th in 18:10... Finished fifth in the mile at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet in 5:38. 

2013 Cross Country: Competed in six meets in 2013...Placed 11th at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge (9/13)... Finished in 46th-place at the OVC Championships (11/2) with a time of 19:44.

2013 Outdoor: Raced in three meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Took ninth with in the 10,000m (40:04.06) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/3-4)… Finished the 5000m in a season-best 18:54.40 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (4/19-20).

2013 Indoor: Ran in seven meets… Ran a season-best 19:15.40 in the 5000m, which was good for 17th, at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23).

2012 Cross Country: Competed in five meets… Best 5K time was 18:50.2, good for 40th at the OVC Championships (10/27)… Took 12th with a time of 19:37.2 at the SIUE Challenge (9/14)

Prep: Lettered all four years in cross country and track and field… Team finished seventh in the state in 2010… Finished first or second in every race she ran her senior year… Earned the team’s leadership award twice… Logged the most miles on the team each of her last three years… Made the honor roll all four years.

Personal: Born Feb. 24, 1994… Parents are Randy and Emma Seabaugh.
