2015 Outdoor: Competed in three meets…Set PR in 3000 steeple (13:52.44) in fifth place finish at the Gibson Invitational…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2015 Indoor: Saw action in two meets…Named Southeast Scholar-Athlete…Ran a season-best 11:38.87 in the 3000m at the SIU Invitational (2/6).

2014 Cross Country: Competed in three meets...Placed 46th at the Forest Park Cross Country Invitational with a time of 19:36...Finished 25th at the Saluki Invitational in 20:39. 

2014 Outdoor: Did not compete...Southeast Scholar-Athlete. 

2014 Indoor: Competed in only one meet...Finished seventh at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet in the 5000m with a time of 19:58.

2013 Cross Country: Competed in all but one meet in 2013...Placed ninth at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge (9/13) in 19:15...Placed 31st at the OVC Championship (11/2) with a time of 19:24.

2013 Outdoor: Raced in three meets…Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete…Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Took 10th in the 5000m (19:53.29) at the Joey Haines Invitational…Crossed the finish line in a season-best 19:48.10 in the 5000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (4/19-20).

2013 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Took eighth in the 3000m, notching a season-best time of 11:21.65, in a dual against SIU Edwardsville (2/1).

2012 Cross Country: Competed in five meets…Took 44th with a season-best time of 18:56.2 at the OVC Championships (10/27).

Prep: Earned three letters in track and field and cross country…Qualified for the state meet three times…Earned all-conference honors on three occasions.
