2020 Indoor: Appeared in nine meets…Had seven top-five finishes…Posted three first place finishes…Ranked third in the conference for the triple jump (39-1.25, 11.92m)…Won the triple jump (36-9, 11.20m) and was the runner-up in the 4x400 meter relay (4:39.31)at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Was also sixth in the long jump (16-7.75, 5.07m)…Captured first in the triple jump with a mark of 39-1.25 (11.92m) at the Gene Edmonds Memorial (1/10-11)…Also set a PR in the 400 meters (20th) with a time of 1:03.42…Placed fourth in the triple jump 37-3 (11.35m) at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Notched a personal-best mark of 1:43.36 in the 600 meters (14th)…Was the runner-up in the triple jump 38-6.25 (11.74m) at the 2020 Hoosier Hills (2/14)…Finished first in the event with a jump of 38-2 (11.63m) at the 2020 Redhawks Open (2/21)…Took fourth in the triple jump at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27), with a mark of 37-11.25 (11.56m)…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Finished second at three meets…Was the runner-up in the triple jump with a feat of 38-0 (11.58m) at the Gibson Invitational (4/6)…Also was seventh in the 400 meter hurdles, clocking in at 1:05.73…Placed second in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:51.41 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/19-20)…Set a new personal-best triple jump mark of 39-3.25 (11.97m) at the 2019 SIUE Gateway Classic (5/3)…Finished sixth in the 4x100 meter relay (48.90) and triple jump (38-0.25, 11.59m) at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau.
 
2019 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets…Had 10 top-five finishes…Set personal records in the 200 meters (28.12) and 55 meter hurdles (8.78) at the season-opening SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Also was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed first in 4:12.68…Took third in triple jump (36-4.75, 11.09m) and fourth in long jump (17-0.5, 5.19m)…Placed third in the triple jump with a mark of 36-6.25 (11.13m) at the 2019 Illini Open (1/12)…Finished fifth in the same event with a distance of 37-0.25 at the Samford Open (1/18-19)…Totaled a career best 2,795 points in the pentathlon for 12th at the 2019 Indiana University Relays (1/25-26)…Was fourth in the triple jump at both the 2019 Hoosier Hills (2/8, 37-10, 11.53m) and 2019 Redhawks Open (2/15, 37-6, 11.43m)…Also was fifth in the long jump at the 2019 Redhawks Open (2/15) with 16-3.75 (4.97m)…Finished ninth in the triple jump at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21) with a mark of 38-2.75 (11.65m)…Also had a long jump measurement of 16-4.5 (4.99m, 23rd).

2018 Outdoor: Appeared in seven events…Earned a personal best in the 100m at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays (3/24) with a time of 13.23 (37th)…In the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31) placed third in the 4x100m with 49.22 and earned a personal best in the triple jump with 37-5.25 (11.41m) for fourth…At the SLU Billiken Invitational (4/7) finished fourth in the long jump with 16-8.5 (5.09m)…Also placed fourth in the triple jump with 35-6.75 (10.84m)…Earned a personal-best mark of 1:05.40 in the 400m hurdles at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/28)…Placed fifth in the 4x100m with a time of 47.31 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship (5/10-12)…Also placed 11th in the 400m hurdles (1:06.40).
 
2018 Indoor: Appeared in six events…At the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/2) earned a personal best in the 60m of 8.35 (34th)…In the 2018 Redhawks Open (2/16) placed second in the 55m earning a career-best mark of 7.56…Also finished third in the 55m with 7.59 and placed second in the long jump with 17-4.25 (5.29m)…In the Ohio Valley Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/24) placed 14th in both the long jump (16-11.5, 5.17m) and in the triple jump (34-11.25, 10.65m).

2017 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets...Recorded one top-five finish...Set a personal-best in the 100m hurdles with 15.60 (13th) at the 2017 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/31)...Placed fifth in the 4x400m relay in 4:18.70 at the Gibson Invitational (4/14)...Finished ninth in the 4x400m relay in 4:05.81 and 16th in long jump with 16’ 11.25” at the OVC Championship (5/11).
 
2017 Indoor: Appeared in four meets...Had four top-five finishes...Ran a personal-best 200m in 28.23 (31st) at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/3)...Placed second in the long jump with 16’ 5”, third in the 55m with a PR 7.70 and second in the triple jump with a personal-best 35’ 7.75” at the 2017 Redhawks Invite (2/17)...Finished 13th in the long jump with a personal-best 18’ 2.25” and 17th in the triple jump with 34’ 9.75” at the OVC Championships (2/24).

Prep: Graduated from Ritenour High School in St. Louis, Missouri in 2016... Lettered all four years of high school...Set school record in triple jump (38’) during senior season...Placed fourth in state in triple jump during junior year and was named MVP of team...Helped reach state in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays...Also competed in long jump, 300m hurdles and 4x200m relay...Also played basketball.
