2014 Cross Country: Ran in all seven meets in the 2014 season... Posted three top-ten finishes... Won the men’s race at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 19:23, earning him the first OVC Runner of the Week honors of the season... Finished ninth at the Saluki Inviational and 10th at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival... Finished 26th at the OVC Championships with a new personal record time of 25:30.
2014 Outdoor: Ran in five outdoor meets... Ran a career-best 9:43 steeplechase at the Red Wolf Open, placing fourth in the event... Finished seventh in the steeplechase at the OVC Championships... Finished second with a season-best time of 8:58 in the 3000m at the Memphis Invitational... Southeast Scholar-Athlete.
2014 Indoor: Ran in five indoor meets in 2014... Finished 12th in both the mile and the 5000m events at the OVC Championships... Won the 3000m with a career-best time of 8:53 at the Redhawks Invite... Finished third in the 5000m with another career-best time of 15:34.
2013 Cross Country: Ran in all but one meet... Placed 10th at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge (9/13) with a time of 26:20... Placed 46th at the OVC Championships (11/2) with a time of 26:50... Finished 178th (34:23) at the NCAA Regional.
2013 Outdoor: Ran in six meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Took third in the steeplechase with a season-best time of 9:49.11 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (4/19)… Also posted a third-place finish in the steeplechase (9:51.41) at the Joey Haines Invitational (4/5-6).
2013 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Won the mile run (4:28.82) and ran with the winning distance medley relay team (11:03.02) in a dual against SIU Edwardsville (2/1)… Ran a season-best 4:29.29 in the mile run at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23), placing 12th.
2012 Cross Country: Ran in four meets… Took 19th with a time of 26:36.4 at the SIUE Challenge (9/14)… Finished 40th with a season-best 26:23.9 at the OVC Championships (10/27).
Prep: Lettered four times each in cross country and track and field… Cross country team won the state title in 2009 and finished runner-up in 2010 and 2011… Qualified for the state track meet in the 3200m as a junior and the 1600m and 3200m as a senior… Finished 11th in the state cross country meet as a junior… Earned all-state honors as a member of the 4x800m relay team as a junior and senior… Honor roll student all four years who graduated with a near-perfect 3.98.
