2013 Cross Country: Turned in a top-ten time of 26:15 at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge (9/13) when he placed ninth in 26:15... Best 8k time of the season was at the Bradley “Pink” Classic (10/18) when he placed 76th... Finished 40th at the OVC Championship (11/2) in 26:34.
2013 Outdoor: Ran in six meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Scored in both the 1500m (seventh; career-best 4:04.34) and 3000m steeplechase (sixth; 9:48.67) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/3-4)… Placed third in the 1500m at the SIUE Cougar Invitational (3/23)… Clocked a career-best time of 9:43.70 in his first 3000m steeplechase of the year at the Oliver Nickoloff Invitational (3/30).
2013 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Ran a career-best 4:24.38 in the mile run at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23), taking ninth in the race… Ran a leg on the distance medley relay at the Samford Multi Invitational, helping the group take fifth with a time of 10:32.78… Finished second in the mile run (4:31.41) in the Redhawks’ dual against SIU Edwardsville (2/1).
2012 Cross Country: Competed in all regular season meets during the 2012 season… Best finish for an 8K was at the OVC Championships (10/27), where he finished 35th with a time of 26:13.23.
2012 Outdoor: Competed in two meets… Finished third in the 3000m steeplechase (10:02.52) at the Joey Haines Invitational (4/7).
2012 Indoor: Competed in four meets… Ran in the 800m, mile and 3000m twice each… Posted two top-10 finishes, placing fifth in the 3000m (9:13.56) at the Redhawks Invitational (2/17) and ninth in the mile run (4:37.18) at the Illini Classic (1/20).
2011 Cross Country: Competed in all regular season meets during the 2011 Season… Best finish for an 8K was at the SIUE Cross Country Challenge (9/16), where he finished 17th with a time of 27:20.
