2015: Was limited to one game...Sustained skin and nerve damage when a firecracker went off in his right hand on July 4...Had to have pins put in his wrist because of the incident...Returned to post one tackle in the only game he played vs. Shorter University (9/26).

2014: Played in eight games and made one start as a true freshman...Recorded 14 tackles and had two pass breakups...Tallied a season-high eight tackles in his first career start at Tennessee Tech (11/8)...Added three tackles at Eastern Kentucky (10/25).

Prep: Attended Southaven High School, where he was a member of the football and track teams...Played cornerback for the Chargers, who finished the 2013 season with a record of 6-6...Led his school’s 4x200 meter relay team to a Class 6A championship.
