Chase Johnson enters his second year as an assistant coach at Southeast Missouri.
Johnson is SEMO’s special teams coordinator, inside linebackers coach and defensive recruiting coordinator.
He came to Cape Girardeau after working one season as special teams coordinator at Pittsburg State.
Johnson played linebacker at Pittsburg State from 2019-21.
Johnson, who hails from Pittsburg, Kansas, was an assistant coach at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M during the 2022 season.
He graduated from PSU with a bachelor’s degree in physical education in May 2021.
