2012: Participated in all 11 games...Finished the season with 22 tackles and one fumble recovery...Recovered his second career fumble at Austin Peay (10/27)...Made a career-high 11 tackles at Jacksonville State (9/29)...His five solo stops against the Gamecocks were also a career-high...Opened the season with six tackles at Central Michigan (8/30)...Was the Redhawks second-leading kick returner with 108 yards on six attempts...Averaged 18 yards per return...Posted a season-long 28-yard kick return vs. Mars Hill College (9/8). 

2011: Played in all 11 games and made two starts...Collected 26 tackles, 15 of which were unassisted...Had two tackles for a loss of seven yards...Returned a fumble 24 yards and made five tackles in first career start at Purdue (9/17)...Posted a season-high eight tackles at UT Martin (10/29)...Also had seven tackles at Eastern Kentucky (10/15)...Ranked second on the team in kick returns...Ran back nine kicks for 210 yards, averaging a team-high 23.3 yards per return...Longest kickoff return was 32 yards against Murray State (11/19)...Registered a season-high 89 yards on four kick returns vs. Central Methodist (11/5).

2010: Enrolled at Southeast, but did not play.

University of Buffalo: Played in six games and made two solo tackles as a freshman...Left the Bulls program just before the start of his sophomore season.

Prep: Starting quarterback and safety at Bishop Maginn High School...First-Team All-State defensive back...Two-time First-Team Large School All-Area selection by the Times Union at defensive back...Finished his four-year high school career with 179 solo tackles, second-most in school history...Passed for 3,196 yards, threw 30 touchdowns and rushed for 15 TDs as the Griffins quarterback...Was also an outstanding basketball player who started at point guard, helping Bishop Maginn to the 2007-08 Class AA Championship.

Personal: Born May 24, 1990...Majoring in Criminal Justice...Son of Isatu Kabia...Had the opportunity to play both football and basketball at Rhode Island, but accepted a scholarship to play for Turner Gill at Buffalo.
