2024 Outdoor: Ran at three meets…At the Ole Miss Classic ended with a time of 11:28.00 in the 3000m for 18th…Crossed the line at 19:54.21 in the 5000 at the Gary Wieneke Memorial meet to place 28th…Ended the season with her highest finish of the season after running the 5000 in 20:03.11 for sixth at the Memphis Tiger Invitational.
2024 Indoor: Ran in one meet…Crossed the line at 11:17.30 in the 3000-meter race at the Redhawks Invite to take seventh.
2023 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Placed in the SEMO top five once…Began the season running the 4k and 5k at the Redhawks XC Invite (15:51.3) and John McNichols Invite (19:29.8), helping the women finish first and seventh and achieving a new PR in the latter…Ran fast enough for new personal bests in back to back races…The first at the Gans creek classic, finishing in 23:27.5 (121st) and fourth for the SEMO women…The second at the Angel Mounds Invitational (23:21.3, 53rd)...Ended her season posting a time of 24:25.36 (73rd) at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship as the women finished third overall.
2023 Outdoor: Ran in four meets…Had three top-ten finishes…Opened the season with a ninth place finish at the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays in the 5000-meter (18:31.58)...Recorded a new personal record in the 3000-meter at the Cougar Classic with a time of 10:56.54 placing sixth…At the Memphis Tiger Invitational placed seventh in the 5000-meter with a run of 19:16.74…Posted a time of 40:26.05 for a new PR in the 10000 placing 12th during the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships.
2023 Indoor: Ran in three meets…Placed in the top-ten three times…Placed ninth in the 3000-meter (11:27.90) at the Redhawks Invite…At the John Gartland event placed 4th in the 5000 meter with a run of 19:04.28… Set a new PR in the mile with a run of 5:35.32 at the 2023 Redhawks Open putting her in fourth for the event.
2022 Cross Country: Ran at five meets…Started the season off with a new personal best in the 4k for a time 15:12.6 and a ninth place finish as the women finished first out of eight teams…Ran the 5k at the McKendree Bearcat Classic and the Louisville Classic for times of 20:33.9 for 17th and 20:24.3 (358th)...Her first 6k run ended with a new PR (23:49.3, 54th) at the Bradley Pink Classic…Finished her season at the OVC Championship with a run of 24:38.3 (52nd) in the 6k where the SEMO women finished fourth overall.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in five meets…Completed the 3,000 meters in 11:11.01 (19th) at the Ole Miss Classic (3/25-26)…Posted a season best 5,000 meters of 19:18.72 (8th) at the Joey Haines (4/1-2)…Also ran in the distance at both the Redbird Challenge (4/15-16, 19:28.53, 16th) and Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/29-30, 20:07.67, fifth)…Completed the 10,000 meters in a personal best time of 43:20.28 for ninth at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships (5/11-13).
