2025 Indoor: Competed in six meets...Notched four top-10 finishes...Opened the season winning the 3,000-meter race at the Redhawks Invite with a time of 8:33.92...He followed that win up with a 12th place finish in the mile at the Show-Me Showdown with a time of 4:16.72...At the Crossroads of America Invitational Cimmarusti finished runner up in the 5,000-meter race and set a new personal best in the 5,000-meter with a time of 14:29.72...He also tabbed a new personal best in the 3,000-meter race with a time of 8:16.58 to finish 13th at the Rick McGuire Invitational...Nick wrapped up his season at the OVC Championships with a third place finish in the 3,000-meters with a time of 8:32.62. He also finished sixth in the 5,000-meter with a time of 14:57.37.
2024 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Placed first for SEMO men once…Scored for the Redhawk men four times…Recorded a new PR and took home the silver medal during the Redhawks Invitational with a time of 15:26.7 in the 5k race…Notched another PR, this time in the 8k at the UT Martin OVC Preview recording a time of 24:23.2 while also placing second…At the Gans Creek Classic finished the 8k race in 24:43.1…Placed 16th at the Angel Mounds Invitational in the 8k crossing the finish line in 24:55.2…At the OVC Championships placed 52nd finishing with a time of 26:23.2 in the 8k.
2024 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Posted four top five finishes…Started the season taking home the gold at the Ole Miss Classic in the 3000-meter with a time of 8:36.98…At the only home meet of the season, the Joey Haines Invite, placed fifth in the 5000-meter (16.06.58)...During the Tennessee Invite ran the 5000-meter and crossed the line in 14:53.33 (9th)... Placed fourth at the Gary Wieneke with a time of 14:45.63 in the 5000-meter…In the 1500-meter at the Memphis Tiger Invitational placed fourth with a time of 3:58.84…At the OVC Outdoor championships ran the 5000-meter in 15:36.27 and ran the 10000-meter in 32:34.56 placing 13th.
2024 Indoor: Did not compete.
2023 Cross Country: Ran in two meets…Opened the season with a 12th place finish at the Redhawks invite, running the 6k in 19:41.9…Finished 22nd overall but second for the SEMO men at the Angel Mounds Invitational with a time of 25:41.9 as the men placed fourth.
2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Recorded six top five finishes including three first place finishes…Opened the season with a first place finish in the 3000, running the race in 8:33.65, also notched a fifth place finish at the first meet in the 1500 (4:01.60)... Recorded another gold winning performance at the 2023 Joey Haines Invite, crossing the line at 14:43.11 in the 5000…Ran the 5000-meter in 14:37.32 (8th) at the Joe Walker Invite…At the Georgia Tech Invitational posted two new personal bests in the 1500 (3:55.09) for 22nd and the 800 when he crossed the line at 1:59.38 (67th)...Achieved another PR and another first place run at the Memphis Tiger invite in the 5000 (14:31.96)...At the OVC outdoor championship chalked up two silver medal runs in the 5000 (14:37.26) and the 10,000 (31:11.43).
2023 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Posted six top ten finishes…Opened the season with a first place finish in the 3000 meter, crossing the line at 8:41.71 during the Redhawks Invite…At the John Gartland Invite finished with another PR in the mile posting a time of 4:25.31 (5th)... Registered another personal best in the 5000-meter 14:52.24 (4th) at the Indiana University Relays…In the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic meet ran for a new PR in the mile running for a  4:16.30 time while placing fourth in the event…At the 2023 Hoosier Hills meet he competed for a new personal best in the 3000-meter event while finishing first with a run of 8:23.75…Notched a seventh and 13th place finish in the 3000 and the 5000, with times of 8:29.46 and 15:09.81 at the OVC Indoor championships.
2022 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Posted one top-ten finish…Placed in the SEMO top-five three times…Placed eighth overall and fifth for the SEMO men with a time of 26.06.7 at the Mckendree Bearcat Classic…Tailed a time of 27:20.8 (291) at the Louisville Classic in the 8k…At the Bradley Pink Classic finished with a new personal best and finished with a time of 25:38.2, placed fifth for the SEMO men and 183rd overall in the 8k…Placed 34th overall and third for the SEMO men in the 8k at the 2022 OVC Cross Country Championships with a run of 26:36.2.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in five meets…Opened the season with a personal best in the 800 meters of 2:01.43 (35th) at the Ole Miss Classic (3/25-26)…Also finished the 1,500 meters in 4:06.58 (18th)…Won the 5,000 meters with a PR of 15:20.93 at the 2022 Joey Haines (4/1-2)…Posted a career high 1,500 meters of 4:05.05 for 11th at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/29-30)…Finished the 800 meters in 2:08.70 (18th) and ran a leg of the 4x400 meter relay (3:32.49, fifth)…Completed the 10,000 meters in 34:44.92 (15th) at the 2022 Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/11-13).
2022 Indoor: Ran in five meets…Named OVC Male Freshman of the Week once...Had four top-five finishes…Won the 3,000 meters (9:00.20) and was fourth in the mile (4:27.45) at the Redhawks Invite (1/15)…Finished second in the 5,000 meters at the John Gartland Invitational (1/21-22) in 15:42.26…Set a personal best 3,000 meters time of 8:39.12 (41st) at the Indiana University Relays (1/28-29)…Notched a PR of 4:25.87 in the mile (12th) at the Hoosier Hills (2/11)…Also took second in the DMR (10:30.39)…Ran in the 3,000 meters (8:59.82, 15th) and 5,000 meters (15:39.02, 14th) at the 2022 OVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24).
2021 Cross Country: Competed in six meets in the Fall of 2021…Set a personal best in the 4M at the Soybean Invitational finishing in 27th place with an overall time of 21:12.3…Set a personal best in the men’s 8K in the ISU Redbird Invitational finishing in 25:56.6 (49th)…Recorded a new personal best at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships in the 10k with an overall time of 33:25.0 (151st).
Prep: Attended Francis Howell High School...Personal-bests include a cross-country time of 15:38, a 3,200 meters mark of 9:27 and 4:23 in the 1,600 meters...Won his third-straight Gateway Athletic Conference South Division crown in 2020 before finishing 21st in the Class 5 state cross country meet in 16:11.6...Placed third at the Class 5 District 3 meet and earned First All-Metro honors...Graduated from Francis Howell HS in May 2021.
