2017 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets...Recorded four top-10 finishes...Placed fifth (15:40.05) in the 5000m at the SLU Invite (4/7)...Finished 14th in the 10,000m in 35:35.11 at the OVC Championship (5/11).
 
2017 Indoor: Competed in two meets...Finished third in the 3000m in 9:11.76 at the SEMO vs. SIU-Edwardsville Dual (12/9).

2016 Cross Country: Ran in two meets…Missed most of the season due to injury…Finished in 186th at the Midwest Regional (11/11) with a time of 34:46.1.

2016 Outdoor: Saw action in five meets…Set PRs in the 1500m (3:59.73), 3000m (8:42.28) and 10,000m (32:00.25) races…Collected three top-five finishes…Finished second in the 1500m (PR) and fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:37.97) at the SIUE Gateway Invite (4/16)…Placed third in the 10,000m at the Joey Haines Invite (4/2) with a time of 32:04.98.

2016 Indoor: Competed in five meets…Recorded two top-10 finishes…Set PR in the 3000m (8:47.57)…Took ninth in the 3000m (PR) at the Fred Wilt Invitational (2/13)…Placed ninth in the 5000m at the Gladstein Invitational (1/23) with a time of 15:36.36.

2015 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Competed in eight different events throughout season…Had seven top 10 finishes…Finished first in 3000m (8:48.67) at Memphis Invitational…Finished first in 5000m (14:58.60) in Joey Haines Invitational.

2015 Indoor: Saw action in four meets…Set PRs in the mile (4:25.97), 3000m (9:12.71) and 5000m (16:06.31)…Placed fourth in the distance medley relay (10:24.54) at the OVC Championships…Had two top five finishes.

2014 Cross Country: Ran in all seven meets as a true freshman in 2014... Finished 11th in his NCAA debut at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 19:55... Finished 15th at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival and 16th at the Saluki Invitational... Took 32nd at the OVC Championships... Best finish of the season came at the NCAA Regionals when he finished in 32:20. 

Prep: 2014 graduate of St. Dominic High School... Four-year letter winner... Earned all-district and all-state honors in cross country... Was an all-sectional selection in the 3200m... Was the district champion in the 1600m... Also played basketball.

Personal: Son of Ken and Renee Cook... Studying Business Management.
