2025 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets...Placed in the top 10 four times...At the Crimson Tide Invitational he placed fifth int he 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:33.11...He set a personal best in the steeple chase at the Clark Wood Open reaching 9:25.90 and a third place finish...He also ran a PR in the 1,500 meters at the Memphis Tiger Invitational with a sixth place finish and a mark of 3:59.86...Wrapping up the season at the OVC Championships he finished fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:34.84 and 20th in the 5K.

2025 Indoor: Ran in six meets...Notched three top 10 finishes...Started the season at the Redhawks Invite with a second place finish in the 3,000-meter race in 8:59.49...Set a personal best with a mark of 15:00.95 in the 5K in an eighth place finish at the Crossroads of America Invitational...He also ran a PR in the 3K at the Rick McGuire Invitational in 8:35.05...At the OVC Championships he ran the 5K in 15:09.68 finishing ninth and the 3K in 8:45.04 finishing in 14th.

2024 Cross Country: Competed in five meets…Scored for the Redhawk men in all but one meet on the season…Opened the season setting a new personal best in the 5k with a time of 15:51.0 placing 5th at the Redhawks Invitational…Placed 16th at the UT Martin OVC Preview running a time of 25:49.0 in the 8k…At the Gans Creek Classic notched a PR and a time of 25:07.6 in the 8k…Ran a time of 26:18.8 at the Angel Mounds Invitational in the 8k…During the 2024 OVC Cross Country Championships placed 25th with a time of 25:25.7 in the 8k. 

2024 Outdoor: Ran at seven meets…Notched six top 15 performances…Started the season off with a new personal record in the 800-meter with a 2:01.30 (24th) ending time…His team placed fifth in the 4x400 (3:29.68) at the Joey Haines Invite…Posted two ninth place finishes in the 3000-meter steeplechase and the 15000m at the Gary Wieneke Memorial and the Memphis Tiger Invite with times of 9:40.12 and 4:08.91…Ended the season at the OVC Championship with a PR time of 9:25.91 in the 3000m steeplechase.

2024 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Recorded three top-eight finishes and three PR’s…Opened the season at the Redhawks Invite with a fifth place finish in the mile with a time of 4:42.99…Placed sixth in the 3000-meter with a time of 8:48.66…At the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic posted a new PR time in the Mile (4:29.03, 53rd)...Ended the season with a personal best time of 8:44.16 for 11th in the 3000-meter at the OVC Championships.

2023 Cross Country: Competed in one meet…Placed 14th in the 6000-meter at the Redhawks Cross Country invite, finishing in 19: 41.0.

Prep: Was selected to the Class 5 Missouri All-State team and was a First Team All-KC Metro selection his senior year...His Liberty cross country team were conference champions in 2022...Was a four year starter and letter winner for head coach Robert Marquard...Has personal best finishes of 4:22 in the 1600-meters,9:30 in the 3200-meters, a 2:00 800-meter finish, and a 5000-meter finish in 15:35...Also played Soccer for Liberty in addition to Track and Cross Country.
