2025 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Tabbed three top 15 finishes...Started the season with a PR in the 1,50-meter race with a time of 4:06.51...He finished 13th in the 800-meter at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational with a mark of 1:57.39...At the Memphis Tigers Invitational he set his second PR of the season with a time of 1:54.72 in the 800-meter race. He also ran a leg of the 4X400-meter relay which finished third...At the OVC Championships he once again ran a personal best in the 400-meter race reaching the mark of 51.80.

2025 Indoor: Competed in five meets…Finished in the top 10 three times...He opened the season at the Indiana Early Bird meet with a fifth place finish and PR in the 600-meters with a time of 1:24.44. He also ran a leg of the 4X400-meter relay...At the Redhawks Invite he finished fourth in the 800-meters with a time of 2:01.56...He continued his strong start at the Show-Me Showdown with a 10th place finish in the 800 (1:57.12) and a fifth place finish as a part of the DMR...In his last meet of the indoor season he went to the Don DeNoon Invite and finished fifth in the 800. He also ran a leg in the 4X400-meter relay which finished in third.

2024 Cross Country: Ran in three meets…Posted two new PR’s during the season…At the Redhawks Invitational notched a new personal best in the 5k race placing 20th with a time of 16:24.8…Ran a time of 26:18.1 which was fast enough for a PR in the 8k placing 30th at the UT Martin OVC Preview…During the Gans Creek Classic ran the 8k in 26:26.4. 

2024 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Posted five top-ten finishes and three new PR’s…During the first meet of the season recorded a PR in the 1500-meter at the Ole Miss Classic finishing with a time of  4:10.46…At the Joey Haines Invite at the Abe Stuber Track Complex finished with two fifth place finishes, 800 meter (1:57.45) and the 4x400 (3:29.68)...Posted a time of 1:56.62 and 3:30.59 at the Gray Wieneke Memorial in the 800-meter and 4x400 placing ninth and seventh…Took home the gold medal in the 4x400-meter relay race (3:19.86) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational while also recording a new PR in the 400-meter with a time of 53.18…At the 2024 Outdoor OVC Championships recorded a new PR in the 800-meter crossing the finish line in 1:55.64.

2024 Indoor: Competed in five meets…Placed in the top-ten eight times including five top-five performances…Opened the season with two bronze medal performances at the Edmunds-Wilt Invite, one in the 600-meter (1:25.59) and the other one in the 4x400-meter relay (3:35.43)…Continued the hot start to the season and placed sixth in the 800-meter with a time of 2:02.67 and finished in fifth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:45.52 at the Redhawks Invite…During the Illini Challenged placed tenth and fifth in the 800-meter and distance medley relay with times of 1:58.87 and 10:36.42…Placed eighth at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic in the 4x400 (3:24.01)...Recorded a new personal best and placed first in the mile run at the 2024 Redhawks with a time of 4:33.04.

2023 Cross Country: Ran in four meets…Registered 20th in the 6k at the Redhawk Invite, running the race in 20:25.0 as the men placed first overall…Finished in 168th and 188th at the John McNichols Invite and Gans Creek Classic with times of 27:24.9 and 27:58.6 in the 8k…Ran his last race at the Angel Mounds Invitational (10/13) while recording a time of 30:02.4 for 138th.

2023 Outdoor: Did not Compete

2023 Indoor: Ran at one meet…Posted a mile time of 4:43.86 for fifth at the Redhawks Open.

Prep: Attended Maplewood-Richmond Heights High School...Placed second in the 800m at the Class 3 District meet as a senior...Also played basketball.

Personal: Born January 15, 2004...Son of Kevin and Allegra Grawer...Majoring in Biomedical Sciences.
