2025 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets...Notched four top 10 finishes...Started the outdoor season at the Ole Miss Classic finishing 11th in the 800-meters (2:22.00), second in the 1,500-meters (4:42.34)...She won the 1,500 at the Billy Hayes Invitational with a mark of 4:31.22...Wrapping up the season at the OVC Championships she finished fifth in the 800 with a tim eof 2:17.48, fifth in the 1,500 with a mark of 4:36.67, and ran a leg of the 4X400 relay which finished in fourth.

2025 Indoor: Competed in two meets...Finished first in the mile at the Redhawks Invite with a time of 5:18.60...At the Don DeNoon Invite she finished third in the mile with a time of 5:09.58.

2024 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Scored for the Redhawk women in four meets…Timed in at 19:27.8 (23rd) in the 5k at the Redhawks Invite, helping them place fourth as a team…Ran the 6k race in 23:15.6 at the UT Martin XC OVC Preview to place 23rd and help the women take fourth as a team…Clocked in at 23:28.5 (276th) at the Gans Creek Classic in the 6k race…Took 50th at the Angel Mounds Invite with a finishing 6k time of 23:21.8 to help the Redhawk women place third…At the OVC Championship recorded a 6k time of 22:57.6 for 25th, helping the team place sixth…Ended the season with a finishing 6k time of 22:56.1 (187th) at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships.

2024 Outdoor: Ran in one meet…Ran in the 1500-meter race and crossed the line at 5:13.47 to place 22nd at the Gary Wieneke Memorial.

2024 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Placed in the top ten in every race besides once and recorded seven top three finishes…Notched four top ten finishes during the first two meets of the season in the 1000m (2:56.77, 6th), the 4x400 (4:06.20, 4th), 800m (2:27.98, 6th), and the Mile (5:14.54, 2nd)...Took third and fourth in the DMR and the 800m with finishing times of 11:55.81 and 2:17.87 at the Illini Challenge…Posted two second place finishes at the Samford Bulldog Invite in the 800-meter (2:14.44) and the Mile (4:58.41)...Finished the season strong with three podium finishes; two silver medals in the 800m and the Mile (New PR) with times of 2:14.28 and 4:55.22 while grabbing a gold medal in the DMR (12:03.54) at the OVC Indoor Championships.

2023 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Finished in the top five for the SEMO women five times…Placed sixth and 45th to begin the season at the Redhawk XC Invite (15:04.6) and the John McNichols (18:41.2) in the 4k and 5k as the SEMO women finish first and seventh overall…Recorded two 19th place finishes in back to back meets at the Angel Mounds Invite and the Ohio Valley Championship with times of 22:26.1 (3rd SEMO women) and 22:34.34 (4th SEMO women…Placed second for the SEMO women at the NCAA Midwest Regional, running the 6k race in 23:13.8.

2023 Outdoor: Ran in four meets…Had seven top-five finishes…Named the OVC female track athlete of the week on April 5th…Open the season with two fifth place finishes and one second place finish at the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays with times of 4:39.46 in the 1500-meter, 4:03.14 in the 4x400, and 9:01.34 which broke the Southeast Missouri State School record in the 4x800…At the 2023 Joey Haines Invite set a new personal best with the time of 2:12.59 in the 800-meter (1st) and placed second in the 4x400 with a run of 3:56.79…Set another PR at the Joe Walker Invitational in the 1500-meter (4:30.28) placing fourth…Posted a time of 11:03.59 at the Georgia Tech Invitational in the 3000-meter placing first and setting a new PR.

2023 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Achieved ten top-three finishes…Finished second in the mile with a time of 5:12.60 and third in the 4x400 with a time of 4:21.92 at the 2023 Redhawks Invite…Recorded two first place finishes at the John Gartland Invitational, in the 800-meter for a time of 2:17.13 and in the Distance Medley Relay finished with a time of 13:33.64…At the 2023 Indiana University Relays finished in sixth place in the distance medley relay for a time of 11:52.61…Recorded a seventh place finish in the 4x400 4:00.55 and a third place finish in the 800, 2:14.22 which was a new PR at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic…Set another PR at the Hoosier Hills placing fifth in the mile with a time of 4:57.37 and placed second in the distance medley relay 12:37.41… At the Indoor OVC championship set a new PR in the mile with a run of 4:56.95 and was rewarded with a third place finish. Obtained a third place finish in both the 800- meter 2:16.46 and 4x400 with a run of 3:52.31.

2022 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Totaled two top ten finishes…Finished in the SEMO top five in all meets…Started the season off hot with a PR in the 4k placing seventh, running it in 14:53.6, where the women finished first as a team…Posted a time of 19:16.9 in her first 5k of the year for fourth at the McKendree Bearcat Classic where the women as a team took first place again…Crossed the line at 18:47.9 (204th) but fourth for the SEMO women in the 5k at the Louisville Classic…At the Bradley Pink Classic ran the 6k in 23:19.8 for fourth in the SEMO women, 213th overall…During the OVC Championships helped the SEMO women finish fourth out of ten with a fourth place finish in the SEMO women but 27th overall for a time of 23:42.9 in the 6k to qualify for the NCAA’s…Finished her season with a 23:27.8 (201st) run in the 6k but fourth in the SEMO women for the fourth straight meet at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships.

Prep: Personal-bests include a cross-country time of 19:10 along with 5:05 in the 1,600 meters and 2:19 in the 800 meters on the track...Graduated from Fort Zumwalt South High School in May 2021.
