2021 Cross Country: Competed in five meets in the Fall of 2021…Finished in 26th place at the Golden Eagle Invitational women’s 5K (20:19.4) for her best finish of the Fall...Completed the 5K at the 2021 OVC Championship in 19:30.9 (30th)...Also ran in the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships, concluding the 6K in 23:25.9 (176th).

2021 Outdoor: Ran in four meets…Opened the outdoor season with back-to-back fourth place finishes in the 5,000 meters (18:49.55, season-best) at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20) and in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (11:50.24, season-best) at the Ole Miss Classic (3/26-27)…Took sixth in the 5,000 meters at the 2021 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (4/2-3) in 18:54.40…Posted a mark of 11:57.90 for eighth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Tennessee Relays (4/8-10).
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Ran in all four meets…Finished in the SEMO top-five in all four races…Opened the campaign with a season-best time of 18:43.5 for ninth (5K) at the Redhawks Invitational (1/23) as the women finished first out of five teams…Was 11th in back-to-back races at the Eastern Illinois Spring Open (2/6, 19:33.6) and at Tennessee Tech’s Golden Eagle Invitational (2/19, 19:10.8)… Completed the 5K at the 2020-21 OVC Cross Country Championship (3/1) in 20:16.0 (16th).

2020 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Had five top-five finishes and one first place finish…Won the mile (5:19.13) and was third in the 3,000 meters (11:09.07) at the season-opening SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Finished the mile in 5:18.92 (eighth) at the Gene Edmonds Memorial   (1/10-11)…Captured second in both the 3,000 meters (10:21.20) and the 4x800 meter relay (10:07.66) at the Missouri Intercollegiate  (1/17)…Set a new personal-best time in the mile of 5:06.51 for sixth at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Earned Bronze in the 3,000 meters at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27), posting a personal-best time of 9:53.81…Also was sixth in the 5,000 meters with a career best 17:13.18 to add to the Redhawks total…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Cross Country: Ran in all six races…Posted three-top five finishes, four top-15 finishes and five top-20 finishes…Opened the season with a fourth-place finish of 18:48.3 at the 2019 Saluki Invite (9/30)…Finished third at the Bradley Intercollegiate (9/20) three-mile race in a personal-best 17:28.8…Completed Missouri’s Gans Creek Classic (9/27) 6K in 22:24.3 for 15th…Placed 20th at the Bradley ‘Pink’ Classic (10/18) 6K, crossing the finish in a career-best 21:43.6…Was fifth at the 2019 OVC Championship (11/2) at SIUE in Edwardsville, Illinois, with a personal-best 5K time of 17:57.3 to earn First-Team All-OVC laurels…Her finish is the best Redhawk women's finish at the Championship since Rebekah Lawson was the runner-up at the 2013 Championship in Morehead, Kentucky…Concluded the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15) at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Oklahoma, with a top-100 finish (78th) in 22:16.8…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets…Set a PR in the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (3/22-23) in 7:30.69…Placed sixth in the 1,500 meters in 5:01.26 at the 2019 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/29-30)…Was second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a mark of 11:23.42 at the Gibson Invitational (4/6)…Notched a career best 4:49.69 (18th) in the 1,500 meters at the Joe Walker Classic (4/12-13)…Earned second in the 5,000 meters at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/26-27) with a PR of 18:44.03…Finished fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau with a personal-best time of 11:09.01...Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Made Redhawks debut at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7), finishing fifth in the mile (5:39.13) and fourth in the 4x400 meters (4:38.99)…Completed the mile in 5:26.69 for eighth at the Samford Open (1/18-19)…Also had a PR of 2:28.06 in the 800 meters (10th)…Set a personal best 3,000-meters mark of 10:43.08 for fifth at the Fred Wilt Open (2/1-2)…Finished second in the distance medley relay in 12:39.42 at the 2019 Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Also was eighth in the mile (5:18.64)…Concluded the mile in a personal-best time of 5:14.86 (12th) at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21).

2018 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Finished 100th at the Wisconsin Pre-National Meet (10/13) with a personal-best 6K time of 24:24.0…Registered a career-best 5K, clocking in at 19:38.1 for 59th at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27)...Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Prep: Graduated from Triad High School in 2018...Coached by Andy Brendal...Started competing in cross country in sixth grade...Lettered all four years...Also played soccer and ran track & field...Competed in the 800m, 4x400m, 600m, 3200m, and 4x800m...Earned the Citizenship Award at Triad.
