2025 Outdoor: Ran in two meets...Finished in 22nd at the Ole Miss Classic in the 1,500-meters...At the WashU Distance Carnival she set a PR in the 10,000-meters at 37:59.39.

2025 Indoor: Competed in five meets...Secured two top 10 finishes...Started the season finishing second in the 3,000-meters at the Show-Me Showdown with a mark of 10:19.50...She set a PR in the 5,000-meters at the Crossroads of America Invitational finishing in 11th in 17:55.57...She set another PR and won the 3K at the Don DeNoon Invite finishing in 10:12.75...At the OVC Championships she ran in the 3K and 5K finishing in 17th and 16th.

2024 Cross Country: Did not Compete.

2024 Outdoor: Ran at five meets…Posted four top 15 times…Recorded at new PR time of 5:01.09 (21st) in the 1500m while also finishing in seventh in the 3000m with a time of 10:42.02 at the Ole Miss Classic…Found a new personal best time after finishing the 5000m at a mark of 18:11.25 (14th) at the Gary Wieneke Memorial…Finished the season at the Ohio Valley Outdoor Championships with a new personal record in the 10,000m (37:59.53) for eight and a time of 18:37.20 (14th) in the 5000.

2024 Indoor: Ran in two meets…Placed seventh at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic with a finishing time of 18:41.81 in the 5000-meter…Notched a new personal record in the 3000-meter for fourth after crossing the line at 10:31.10 at the 2024 Samford Bulldog Invite.

2023 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Achieved SEMO top five status once…Began the season with a 19:44.6 (106th) in the 5k at the John McNichols as the women placed seventh…Earned a new personal record at back to back meets at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29) and the Angel Mounds Invite (10/13) in the 6k, running the first in 23:52.2 while placing 116th overall but second for the SEMO women and the second race in 23:22.45 (52nd)…Posted a time of 23:22.45 (42nd) at the 2023 OVC Championship as the women place third…Finished the season at the NCAA Midwest Regional running the race in 24:51.2 (216th).

2023 Outdoor: Did not compete

2023 Indoor: Ran in three meets…Had two top-three finishes…For the 2023 Redhawks Invite she set a new personal record for the 3000-meter event while placing third with a score of 10:50.88…Set a PR in the 5000-meter at the John Gartland Invitational with a finish of 18:39.19 while placing first.

2022 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Notched two finishes in the top 15…Opened her career with a PR in the 4K (15:19.1) placing 12th at the Redhawks Cross Country Invitational, as the women finished first out of eight teams… Posted her highest finish of the year, ninth in the 5k with a time of 19:46.9 at the McKendree Bearcat Cross Country Classic, where the women as a team took first place again…At the Louisville Classic posted a 5k time of 19:35.5 (313th) for another PR…Finished with a time of 24:11.3 in the 6k (271st) at the Bradley Pink Classic…Posted another PR at the OVC Championship in the 6k with a 24:10.8 time (45th) where the team placed fourth overall...Finished her season at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships placing 222nd in the 6k (24:15.6).

Prep: Ran in the state meet all four years at Olathe North High School...Competed in both cross country and track & field...
