2025 Indoor: Competed in seven meets...Secured five individual top 10 finishes...Started the season at the Redhawks Invite with a fifth place finish in the mile with a time of 5:24.41...She finished seventh in the mile with a time of 5:17.67 at the Show-Me Showdown...At the Rick McGuire Invitational she finished sixth in the mile (5:14.20), 12th in the 800 (2:24.09) and ran a leg of the DMR which finished in second...Fliege finished fifth in the 800 in 2:23.59 and ran a leg of the 4X400-meter relay which finished first at the Don DeNoon Invite...Wrapping up the indoor season at the OVC Championships she finished sixth in the mile in 5:09.33 and third in the DMR.

2024 Cross Country: Ran in four races…Ran the UT Martin XC OVC Preview in 23:51.1 to take 36th and help the team place 36th…At the Gans Creek Classic posted a time of 23:38.2 (280th) in the 6k race…Clocked in at 26:13.4 at the Angel Mounds Invitational to take 113th in the 6k race to help the Redhawk women take third…Ended the season at the OVC Championship placing 64th and recording a time of 24:04.5.

2024 Outdoor: Competed at six meets…Posted six top 12 performances…Ran the 1500m in 4:52.53 to take eighth at the Joey Haines Invite…At the Tennessee Invite ended with a time of 2:21.90 (36th) in the 800-meter to achieve a new personal best…Was second to none in the 5000m after ending with a time of 18:20.68 and a new PR at the Memphis Invite…With a time of 4:44.99 in the 1500m she took ninth at the 2024 Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships.

2024 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Recorded eight top ten finishes…Began the Season at the Redhawks invite with time of 2:31.50    (9th) and 5:25.60 (5th) in the 800m and the mile…Posted a time of 10:42.87 in the mile for a new personal best and an eighth place finish at the Illini Challenge…Crossed the line at 2:24.74 (10th) and 5:08.62 (5th) in the 800m dash and the mile at the Samford Bulldog Invite…Ended the season on a high note after notching a new personal record and seventh place finish in the mile (5:06.37) at the Indoor OVC Championships.

2023 Cross Country: Ran in five races…Placed in the SEMO top five five times…Finished in fifth (14:53.6) in the 4k to begin the season at the Redhawk XC Invite…Broke her own personal record in the 5k at the John McNichols, running the race in 18:53.7 for 60th overall but third in the SEMO women…Posted a new PR in back to back meets in the 6k at the Angel Mounds Invitational (22:53.0) and the Ohio Valley Championship (22:34.22) placing 18th overall but third in the SEMO women as the team finished in third…Finished the season recording a fourth place finish for the SEMO women (205th overall) at the NCAA Midwest Regional, with a 6k time of 24:16.1.

2023 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Posted seven top-ten finishes…Placed fifth with a time of 4:03.14 in the 4x400 at the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays…Tailed two ninth place finishes at the 2023 Joey Haines Invite, in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:59.69 and in the 800-meter crossing the line at 2:25.57…At the Cougar Classic placed third in the 1500-meter with a run of 4:52.78 and finished in fourth place in the 4x400 with the time of 4:13.57…Set a new Personal best at the Memphis Tiger Invitational in the 5000-meter. Ran for a time of 18:51.31 placing fourth…Posted a third place finish with a time of 4:49.16 at the 2023 Billy Hayes Invitational in the 1500-meter…At the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships finished with a time of 4:44.67 placing eighth and setting a new personal best.

2023 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Had six top-ten finishes…Started the season in the mile with a time of 5:19 28 (3rd) and finished second in the 4x400 with a time of 4:15.13 at the 2023 Redhawks Invite. Finished seventh and set a PR in the 3000-meter (10:51.53) at the John Gartland Invitational. Set a new PR in the mile with a run of 5:12.17 at the 2023 Indiana University Relays while finishing 8th. At the 2023 Hoosier Hills set another personal best in the 800-meter 2:23.59 with a sixth place finish and finished in seventh place in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:11.59…During the 2023 Indoor OVC Championships ran a time of 5:14.01 in the mile for an 11th place finish.

2022 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Placed in the SEMO top ten four times…Began the season with her highest finish, placing 13th (20:16.3) at the McKendree Bearcat Classic while the women also took first place as a team…Achieved a new PR in back to back meets, at the Louisville Classic in the 5k (19:33.0) and the Bradley Pink Classic in the 6k (23:40.8)...Finished with a time of 23:47.9 in the 6k for 30th but sixth in the SEMO women at the OVC Championship where the SEMO women took fourth overall…Crossed the line at 23:59.8 (216th) to finish her season at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Championships.

Prep: Star runner at nearby Jackson High School...Won the 800m five times, the 1600m twice, the 3200m two times and the 4x800 relay twice her senior year...Finished ninth at the MSHSAA Class 5 State Championships with a personal record 2:17.78 in the 800m...Placed 10th at state in the 1600m with a personal best time of 5:12.80...Also finished 11th in the 3200m at the State Championships.
