2025 Outdoor: Ran in six meets...Started the outdoor season with an eighth place finish in the 1,500-meters at the Ole Miss Classic in 4:48.46, while she also ran the 800m in 2:23.14 finishing 14th...Eftink ran a personal best time in the 5,000-meters at the WashU distance Carnival finishing the race in 17:50.62...At the Memphis Tiger Invitational she ran a season best 4:42.01 time in the 1,500m finishing second...Wrapping up her season at the OVC Championships she finished 14th in both the 1,500-meters and the 5,000-meters.

2025 Indoor: Competed in seven meets...Notched four top 10 finishes...Started off her track career at the Redhawks Invite finishing second in the mile with a time of 5:20.20...At the Show-Me Showdown she ran the 3,000-meter run and finished sixth in 10:28.27...At the Don DeNoon Invite she ran the 800 finishing fourth along with a leg of the 4X400-meter relay which won the event...Wrapping up the indoor season at the OVC Championships she ran a season best in the mile finishing fifth in 5:05.54 while also running a leg of the DMR which finished third.

2024 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Scored for the Redhawk women in all six races this season…Ran her first 5k at the Redhawks invite, helping the women take fourth as a team with a time of 19:32.5 (26th)...Crossed the line at 22:58.3 at the UT Martin XC OVC Preview to claim 19th…Ran the 6k race in 22:35.5 (201st) for a new personal best at the Gans Creek Classic…At the Angel Mounds Invite, finished with a 6k time of 22:45.7 for 24th, helping the Redhawk women take the bronze…Finished with a 23:02.7 6k time at the OVC XC Championship for 30th, helping the women place fifth as a team…Timed in at 22:47.4 (179th) at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship to end the season.

Prep: In high school she competed in the cross country and track, lettering and starting all four years under head coach Richard Bohn at Notre Dame Regional Highschool...Her personal bests include times of 18:29.7 in the 5k, 11:09.26 in the 3200m, 5:07.17 in the 1600m and 2:18.35 in the 800m...Throughout her career she was a 3x Sectional Champion, 4x District Champion, 4x SEMO Conference Champion and holds the school record in 1600m, 3200m, and Distance Medley Relay...During her Senior season she was the MSHAA Class 3A State Runner-Up in cross country and was the MSHAA Class 3A 3200m State Champion while claiming bronze in the 800m and 1600m at the state championships. Eftink was also named the 2024 SEMO Conference Most Valuable Female Track Performer, the 2024 Cash Book Journal Female Athlete of the Year, the 2024 SemoBall Female Cross Country Athlete of the Year, and received the Notre Dame Lady Bulldog Athlete of the Class of 2024 Award...Her junior year saw Lauren break the school record in the 1600m and 3200m races and receive MSHAA Class 4A All-State honors. She was also named the 2024 SEMO Conference Most Valuable Female Track Performer and Overall Points Winner and the 2023 SemoBall Female Cross Country and Track and Field Athlete of the Year...During her sophomore year she claimed MSHAA Class 4A All-State honors in cross country and MSHAA Class 4A 1600m All-State In track and field...Throughout her high school career her team became 2020 SEMO Conference Champions and MSHAA Class 3A 2023 All-District Team (State Qualification) in cross country. In track the Lady Bulldogs were 2024 MSHAA Class 3A District Champions and the first track team in Notre Dame history to make the podium at state.
