2024 Cross Country: Raced in five Meets…Scored for the Redhawk women in four races this season…Started the season off with a new personal best time in the 5k (19:11.2) at the Redhawk Invite after placing 16th…Placed 24th and grabbed a time of 23:18.2 at the UT Martin XC OVC Preview, helping the team place fourth overall…Timed in at 22:59.4 (239th) in the 6k race at the Gans Creek Classic…Clocked a new personal best time in the 6k at the Angel Mounds Invitational, running the race in 22:55.1 for 29th…Ended the season recording a 6k time of 23:30.6 (49th) at the OVC Championship.

2024 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Finished with seven top five performances…After times of 3:58.11 and 2:16.20 she was in fourth and third in the 4x400m and the 800m at the Ole Miss Classic…Was second to none in the 800-meter at the Joey Haines INvite with a finishing time of 2:18.94…Notched back-to-back PRs in back-to-back weeks 400-meter (58.96, 28th) and the 800-meter (2:13.08, 15th) at the Tennessee Invite and Georgia Tech Invite…Placed second and fifth with times of 3:50.83 (4x400m) and 59.64 (400m) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational…Grabbed the gold medal at the OVC Outdoor Championship after crossing the finish line in 2:14.25 in the 800m dash.

2024 Indoor: Ran at eight meets…Chalked up 12 top five finishes with eight being top three performances…Took home two bronze medals after crossing the line at 1:38.25 in the 600m and 4:10.61 in the 4x400 at the Edmunds-Wilt Invite…At the first home meet of the season achieved times of 2:22.77 (800m) and 4:24.04 (4x400) for first and fourth…Ran the DMR in 11:55.81 for third at the Illini Challenge…At the Samford Invite and Open finished both 800-meter races in third (2:14.60, 2:17.45) while recording an ending time of 4:09.32 in the 4x400m…Ended the season at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships with times of 2:14.70 and 12:03.54 for the bronze and gold medals in the 800m and DMR.

2023 Cross Country: Did not Compete

2023 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets…Had 11 top-ten finishes and six top-five finishes…Started the season with a second place finish and breaking the school record in the 4x800 with a time of 9:01.34, a fourth place finish in the 4x400 (3:59.16), and a tenth place finish in the 800-meter running a time of 2:21.77 during the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays…Placed second in the 4x400 at the Joey Haines Invite with a run of 3:56.79…During the Cougar Classic finished in first place in the 4x400 with a run of 3:47.31 and placed eighth in the 400-meter crossing the line in 59.75 which was a new personal record…Placed sixth in the 800-meter and third in the 4x400 with times of 2:17.35 and 3:52.78 during the Memphis Tiger Invitational…At the 2023 Outdoor OVC Championships set a PR during the preliminaries of the 800-meter with a time of 2:13.78 and placed eighth in the finals (2:21.26) and placed second with a time of 3:46.76 in the 4x400.

2023 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Had ten top-five finishes and eight top-three finishes…Started the season setting a new PR in the 500-meter with a time of 1:20.40 earning a third place finish at the Edmonds-Wilt Invitational…At the Redhawks Invite finished first in the 800 with a time of 2: 23.00 and finished second in the 4x400 with a time of 4:15.13…Placed second in the 4x400 with a time of 4:02.88 and finished with a new PR in the 600-meter for a time of 1:40.11 and a third place finish at the John Gartland Invitational…Posted a first place finish and a new PR in the 600 at the Hoosier Hills Invite, she also placed fourth in the 4x400 (3:59.75)... During the Indoor OVC championship she placed third overall in the 4x400- meter running a 3:52.31 and with her team in the DMR obtained a first placed finish running 11:54.51.

2022 Cross Country: Did Not Compete.

2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Posted a personal best 1,500 meters time of 5:09.17 (21st) at the Joey Haines (4/1-2)…Added career bests in the 200 meters (27.84, 26th) at the Redbird Challenge (4/15-16), the 800 meters (2:15.77, 26th) at the Indiana Invitational (4/22-23) and the 400 meters (1:00.56, sixth) at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/29-30)…Finished the 4x400 meter relay at the Indiana Invitational (4/22-23) in 3:57.29 (7th)…Completed the 4x400 meter relay in 3:51.22 for sixth at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships (5/11-13)…Also ran in the 800 meter prelims (2:18.55, 13th).

2022 Indoor: Participated in five meets…Had six top-five finishes…Finished second in the 600 meters in a PR time of 1:45.99 at the Fred Wilt Invitational (12/4), her  Redhawks debut…Placed fourth in the 200 meters (28.45) and 800 meters (2:25.54) at the Redhawks Invite (1/15)…Was second in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:21.68…Took first in the DMR at the John Gartland Invitational (1/21-22) in 12:56.95…Placed fourth in the 800 meters (2:24.39) at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/5)…Competed in the preliminaries of the 800 meters (2:20.68, 12th) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24).


2021 Cross Country: Did not compete in the Fall of 2021.

Prep: Attended De Soto High School...As a Dragon, was a member of the 2020 Jefferson County Activities Association cross country championship team and two Missouri State High School Activities Association final four teams (fourth in 2018 and second in 2019)... Has a cross country PR  time of 20:10...Captured the conference and district championship in both the 400 meters and 800 meters...Placed 5th at the MSHSAA state meet in the 800 meter run to earn All-State honors...Helped De Soto capture the 2019 JCAA championship...Career bests on the track include 2:20 in the 800 meters and 0:59 in the 400 meters...Graduated from De Soto HS in May 2021.
