2025 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets...Collected six top 10 finishes...Opened the season with a third place finish in the 1,500-meter race in 3:48.99, along with a seventh place finish in the 800 in 1:50.83...Set a new career best  in the 800 at the WashU Distance Carnival with a 1:50.58 mark and a ninth place finish...Ran a similar 1:50.64 800-meter race at the Crimson Tide Invitational finishing eighth...Set his second season best of the campaign with a 3:48.50 1,500-meter race...At the OVC Championships he won the prelims of the 800 before finishing fourth in the finals with a time of 1:55.11. He also finished eighth in the 1,500 with a 3:51.92 and fifth in the 4X400 relay.

2025 Indoor: Ran in eight meets...Won the 600-meter race at the Indiana Early Bird meet with a time of 1:21.01...He finished second in the mile at the first home meet with a time of 4:19.00...At the Show-Me Showdown he won the 800 with a time of 1:51.39...He ran a season best 4:08.44 in the mile at the Rick McGuire Invitational placing ninth. He also finished 12th in the 800...He ran a leg of the 4X400-meter relay at the Don DeNoon Invite which took home the win...He wrapped up the indoor season at the OVC Championships placing third in the 800 with a time of 1:52.65, sixth in the mile at 4:15.73 and forth in the 4X400 relay.

2024 Cross Country: Competed in three meets…Recorded two PR’s…Notched a personal best and a time of 16:15.2 at the Redhawks Invitational in 5k to begin the season…At the UT Martin OVC Preview ran a time of 26:27.3 in the 8k which was fast enough for a new PR and a 32nd place finish…Ran a time of 26:30.9 in the 8k at the Gans Creek Classic.

Indian Hills Community College: Won the 2023 indoor national team title at Indian Hills at the National Junior college athletic association championships...A five time NJCAA All-American as well as a national champion in the 4x800m relay event.

Prep: Ran cross country and track at St. Patricks highschool...Competed in the 800m, 1500m, and the 1000m with personal bests of 1:50.83, 3:52, and 2:25.97...Broke the high school record in the 800m in his senior season with a time of 1:52.1.
