2019 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Posted two fourth place finishes…Completed the 3,000 meters in 9:27.57 at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7) for fourth…Set a personal-best mile time of 4:32.13 (17th) at the Illini Open (1/12)…Earned fourth in the 3,000 meters with a PR of 9:02.79 at the Fred Wilt Open (2/1-2)…Concluded the 5,000 meters in 15:57.15 (14th) and notched a time of 9:08.79 (19th) at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21).

2018 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets…Ran a personal-best 5K of 16:39.4 (14th) to start the season at the Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31)…Placed sixth at the SIUE John Flamer Invite (9/14) with a time of 27:36.1…Tallied a career-best 8K mark of 26:05.8 (167th) at the Louisville Classic (9/29)…Finished 50th at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27) with a time of 26:28.9…Recorded a PR 10K (34:57.5, 183rd) at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/9)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Prep: Attended Glenwood High School in Springfield, Illinois…Member of school record holding 4 x 800m relay team, honor roll student, academic all-conference member all four years, earned team MVP award, Springfield road-runner of the year runner up…Academic conference, individual conference champion in cross country, 3200m and 1600m, was named All-Metro male runner of the year as a senior…Member of 4 x 800m relay winning team at conference as a junior…Injured as a sophomore…All conference in cross country and track as a freshman.
