2018 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets...Was fifth in the 3000m steeplechase (11:40.47) at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays (3/23-24)...Placed fourth in the 4x400m relay (4:27.37) at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31)...Won the 3000m steeplechase at the SLU Billiken Invitational (4/6-7) with a mark of 11:39.34...Ran a career best 5000m in 19:01.95 (7th) at the Joe Walker Invite (4/13-14)...Finished fifth in the 3000m steeplechase with a PR time of 11:20.00 at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship (5/10-12)...Also was 13th in the 1500m (4:58.03)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2018 Indoor: Competed in six meets...Started the season with a third place finish in the 800m (2:27.04) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/8)...Ran a personal best 600m, clocked at 1:45.86 (13th) at the 2018 Indiana University Relays (1/26-27)...Recorded a career best 800m in 2:23.02 for seventh at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9)...Placed 14th in the preliminaries for the 800m (2:23.99) at the Ohio Valley Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24).

2017 Cross Country: Ran in five races...Finished in the top-20 at the Walt Crawford Open (9/1) with a 19:18.9 to open the season....Placed 20th (20:03.2) at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival (9/8)...Recorded a season-best 5K (19:03.8) at the OVC Championship (10/28)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2017 Outdoor: Competed in five meets...Finished seventh with a time of 11:48.33 in the 3000m steeple race at the Ole Miss/ Joe Walker Invitational (3/24)...Placed third at the Tiger Track Classic (4/7) with a season-best time of 11:44.80...Set a personal-best and finished 20th in the 1500m at the OVC Championship...Also placed 11th in the 3000m steeple race with a time of 11:50.86...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2017 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets...Had five top-20 finishes...Placed fourth in the mile at the SEMO vs. SIU-Edwardsville Dual (12/9) with a time of 5:36.29...Ran a season-best 3000m (10:58.54, 40th) at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/3)...Set a personal record in the mile (5:20.64, 43rd) at the Music City Challenge (2/10)...Placed third as she set a season-best 800m (2:27.12) at the 2017 Redhawks Invite (2/17)...Ran a 5:24.13 mile at the OVC Championships (2/24) to finish 20th.

2016 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Recorded two top-30 finishes…Placed 17th at the Gabby Reuveni (9/2) with a time of 15:19.1…Finished the Rebel Invitational (9/9) in 18:57.5, taking 27th place overall.

2016 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Accumulated four top-10 finishes…Set PRs in the 1500m (5:08.19) and 3000m steeple (11:41.60)…Tallied a second and third-place finish at the SIUE Gateway Invite (4/16) in the 3000m steeple (11:45.91) and 4x400m relay (4:16.45), respectively…Finished in eighth in the 3000m steeple (11:53.40) at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/23)…Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor for a perfect 4.0 GPA…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2016 Indoor: Saw action in six meets…Compiled five top-10 finishes…Set PRs in the 800m (2:26.91), mile (5:22.48) and 3000m (10:58.11)…Won the 800m (2:30.23) at the Redhawks Invite (2/19)…Member of distance medley relay squad to take second (13:48.46) at the SIUE Dual Meet (1/29).

2015 Cross Country: Ran in four races…Finished in 22nd place at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird in 16:04.

Prep: Four-year letter winner at Arcadia Valley…As a senior, earned several honors for cross country and track, including All-State, All-Conference, All-District and All-Academic…Finished second in state her freshman year…Played basketball and earned All-Conference and All-District honors…Named to the 2015 KTJJ Dream Team.

Personal: Born November 15, 1996…Daughter of Martin and Carolyn Thomas…Graduated at the top of her class and earned class Valedictorian...Majoring in Environmental Sci: Geoprocessing & Soils.
