2017 Cross Country: Ran in five races…Recorded a personal best of 22:31.4 in the 6K at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10)...Finished in the top-20 at the Walt Crawford Open (9/1) and Forest Park Cross Country Festival (19th on 9/8)...Placed 36th at the OVC Championship (18:32.2 on 10/28).
 
2017 Outdoor: Saw action in six meets...Had six top-10 finishes...Recorded a personal-best of 12:01.81 in the 3000m steeple race at the Ole Miss/ Joe Walker Invitational (3/24)...Placed fouth at the Gibson Invitational (4/14) in the 3000m steeple race in 12:24.95...Ran a personal-best of 18:37.30 in the 5000m at the SLU Invite (4/7)...Finished 16th in the 3000m steeple race in 12:46.75 at the OVC Championships (5/11)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2017 Indoor: Competed in six meets...Finished fifth in the mile in 5:37.34 at the SEMO vs. SIU-Edwardsville Dual (12/9)...Ran a season-best mile of 5:34.55 and personal-best 3000m (10:59.50) at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/3)...Had two top-10 finishes in the mile...Placed 33rd with a time of 11:04.47 at the OVC Championships in the 3000m (2/24).
2016 Cross Country: Ran in six races…Placed in the top 50 on two occasions…Finished in 12th at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird (9/2) with a time of 15:12.6…Ran the Rebel Invite (9/9) in a season-best 5k time of 18:41.9, placing 24th overall…Took 55th at the OVC Championship (10/29).

2016 Outdoor: Saw action in four meets…Only ran in the 3000m steeple race, placing in the top 10 in two out of four races…Set a PR of 12:09.81 at the Memphis Tiger Invitational (4/29) in a ninth-place finish…Placed fourth in the steeple at the SIUE Gateway Invite (4/16) in 12:38.62.

2016 Indoor: Competed in four meets…Set PRs in the mile (5:33.70), the 3000m (11:01.24) and the 5000m (19:08.55) races…Tallied three top-five finishes…Finished in second place in the mile at the Redhawks Invite (2/19)…Took third in the 3000m race at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (1/29)…Placed fifth in the 5000m at the Fred Wilt Invitational (2/13).

2015 Cross Country: Ran in four races…Finished in 27th place at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird (16:15).

2015 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Set PRs in 2000m steeple (7:52.94) and 3000m steeple (12:14.38)… Finished second in the 3000m steeple (12:21:11) at the Gibson Invitational…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll and received the OVC Medal of Honor.

2015 Indoor: Saw action in four meets…Named Southeast Scholar-Athlete…Set PR in 3000m (11:04.64) at the SIU Invitational…Set personal best 5000m time of 19:24.51 at the DePauw Indoor Invitational…Had two top five finishes.
